Subduing the existence of clinging, with four limbs placed on the ground, and the big toes pressed into the ground and pushed outwards, the wind of karmic thoughts stops. When it stops, external illusions cease, and internal warmth arises in the body and mind. When both palms are placed on the ground, the wind of movement stops. When it stops, externally, bindus and subtle bindus appear, and internally, the experience of no day or night arises. When the neck is slightly raised, the wind of clinging stops. When it stops, externally, the appearance of the body is seen, and internally, the movement of the winds is exhausted. Regarding the posture of the Dharmakaya, the explanation is: Just as a lion is fearless in anything with the three powers complete, this posture eliminates the fear of the three realms. Regarding the division of the meaning's progression, the key to stable abiding is: the body sits in a dog-like posture, which unites space and awareness. Pressing the soles of the feet on the ground stops various thoughts. Contracting the joints of the fingers of the hands and placing them inside the two feet empties the movement of karma and afflictions. Relaxing the upper body always keeps one inseparable from the nature of reality. Exerting effort on the neck serves as a support that does not deviate from the meaning of the nature of reality. Second, the key to resting wisdom is: placing both soles of the feet on the ground and slightly raising the knees outwards, sitting in a dog-like posture, stops the wind of pervasive action. When it stops, externally, the appearance of the pure aspect of wisdom is seen, and internally, the continuum of afflictions is cut into pieces. Pressing both palms on the inner side stops the wind of the object of grasping. When it stops, externally, the appearance of wisdom is seen, and internally, the continuum of thoughts of the grasper and the object is cut off. Relaxing the upper body and straightening the neck stops the wind of projection. When it stops, externally, the appearance of the pure aspect of wisdom is seen, and internally, the continuum of afflictions ceases. Also, by focusing on the Dharmakaya's posture, the Buddha's wisdom is perfected in this very state. By focusing on the Sambhogakaya's posture, the three Buddha-fields are seen in this very state. By focusing on the Nirmanakaya's posture, the necessity of accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings without obstruction is fulfilled in this very state. Second, the three immovabilities of the way of seeing that manifests are. In the "String of Pearls": The door is itself.

Because of "movement." Looking with the perspective of a Nirmanakaya, one enjoys the appearance of awareness's compassion. Moreover, maintaining the calmness of the eyes ensures one will not stray from Samadhi. Looking slightly downward allows one to hold a view of emptiness free from conceptualization. Looking equally prevents being swayed by afflictions. Looking with the perspective of a Sambhogakaya, one directly sees the appearance of awareness's nature. Without tilting the body, with both eyes looking equally to the right, all illusions cease at once. Looking askance ensures one will not be separated from Dharmata. Looking to the left pierces through space and awareness. Slightly pressing the gaze into the corner severs the flow of Samsara. Looking with the perspective of a Dharmakaya, one sees the essence of awareness. With both eyes equally turned slightly upward, one cuts off the birthplaces of the three lower realms. Tightening the brow, awareness has no place to stray. Focusing on the expanse of the sky, there is no place for space and awareness to separate. The calmness of the eyes is all the same. Third, the three immovabilities of restraint and suppression: Restraining the limbs of the body cuts off the flow of the wheel of delusion of the six realms. Bending the joints of the fingers destroys the activities of the body. Sometimes pressing the pulse of the neck becomes the basis for the appearance of the self-nature of light. Maintaining the body's restraint makes the three realms nameless. Second, the three immovabilities of speech: Not mixing speech with anyone empties the mundane actions of the six realms. Cutting off the inversion of words, words appear as self-born wisdom. Even merely stopping one's own speech, one can be certain that all dharmas abide in an inexpressible state. Third, the three immovabilities of mind: Not separating from the object of focus ensures one constantly abides in the intention of the Buddha. Awareness entering the realm of space has no place to stray from the reality of things. Constantly not separating from that state, one can be certain that the four appearances reach their limit. Moreover, because of movement there is flow, and because of flow there is return, which is said to be the key to liberation from those. Second, measuring with the three abidings, there are three: With the three abidings of the body, one is separated from activity; with the three abidings of the breath, one measures non-birth; with the three abidings of appearance
