It is accustomed to wind. Thus it is said. To overcome its methods and obstacles, there are two key points: nectar and balancing the elements. Nectar is made by kneading dough and alcohol in a circular motion and eating it, which separates one from foul odors. If making ghee, use the essence boiled in a pot, etc. It says in that very text: Furthermore, it severs the flow of bodily elements. The greatly wondrous essence eating is explained. By constantly circulating feces, the final leakage of the body is exhausted. Or, with extracted ghee, by demonstrating it with measure, the flow of elements will be cut off. Because the flow of bodily elements is cut off, creatures will not dwell on the body, and there will be no feces or urine, and the internal and external winds will also not exist. This is the time of the great yogi, when both food and clothing become pure. With this, one will surely achieve life and enjoyment as desired. Thus it is said. Balancing the elements is holding the wind of the four elements of earth, water, fire, and wind. Because the body's essence eating is pure, by practicing the union of the essence of the channels and winds in the mandala of the four chakras as before, life, enjoyment, food, and clothing are achieved. It says in that very text: If the yogi who balances the four elements, aligns the key points of earth, water, fire, and wind, mixes them with the body, and hides them with wind, transforms them with the elements of their own body, and uses them, one should meditate on the mandala where the key points are gathered. When that is fully accustomed, after the powers of the four are equal, one enjoys bliss and is fearless. With this, after food and clothing are also achieved, life and enjoyment are perfected. Thus it is said. If illness arises at this time, it should be expelled by reciting letters, or transferred to others by power, or expelled by the body's illusion wheel. In the Thalgyur it says: That which is not explained in all other tantras, the diseases of the elements, direct and reverse. Listen carefully to the profound and certain explanation. Wind, bile, and phlegm, and the combination of two and the combination of three. Half of that and one-twelfth. After arranging the order with time and certainty, from the eight conditions of the two causes, holding the face of hot and cold, when the two external and internal places are combined, the wise should distinguish the body and limbs. By combining the upper, lower, and middle positions, expel the diseases with the three key points. And the various illusion wheels of the body.

Through the limits of activities of subduing and controlling, draw all arising diseases outward. The body and limbs, both internal and external, must be joined to transform the mind. Speech is various sounds and, various combinations of written symbols, done through location and inexpressible meaning. The mind is earth, water, fire, and wind, combining various objects with disease, transformation is through the key points of the senses. The respective numbers and measures, must rely on signs and the limits of liberation, through accurately knowing the time, one's own body is liberated from disease, and understanding through the interdependent connection of others' bodies. By doing this, the purpose will be accomplished. Thus it is said. Regarding the magic wheel of the three doors, again from there it says: Wanting to be liberated from disease and suffering, join oneself and others equally, for others do through interdependence and so forth, for oneself do through transference and action. Actions are threefold, namely, liberation through the key points of the body and speech, and similarly through the key points of the mind. The body is various magic wheels, such as the lion itself and the elephant, the eagle and sheep stirring, the fox and the person himself, insects and so forth, and, various forms of magic wheels, internal and external, upper and lower limbs, wind bile phlegm mixed, the combination of the four elements' diseases, distinguished by hot and cold, combining this and that, liberate from disease. Speech is various sounds, with clear and bright Āli Kāli, located on the nature channel, the six ways of expressing letters, combined with their respective locations, and the sounds of gods and nāgas and yakshas and, rākshasas and ḍākinīs, Brahmā and Indra and Vishnu, and, the sounds of ghosts and pure gods and nāgas, dwarfs, pot-bellied gandharvas, and, remaining and the sounds of things, liberate through combining with their respective sounds. The mind is various memories and, the limits of how it transforms, distinguished by the wisdom of yogis. Furthermore, transform through body, speech, and mind, or through the actions of the mind's activities, transform through various samādhis, one can also distinguish from suffering. Thus it is said. Transference is: Those who are skilled in using the breath, are able to transfer their own diseases to people and animals and trees and earth and stones and so forth, and can also transfer the diseases of others to others. In this time, the guru's disease is transferred to others, and transferred to inanimate objects.
