If one desires to extract essence, this is the method of combining the five nectars. At other times, to balance the elements, the wise should mix evenly and place in a precious vessel. Then, add honey and ucita, stirring well. After that, take a drop of mercury, about the size of a bean. If the wise consume it, there is no doubt that it will transform into great nourishment. Thus it is said. Wind is joined above and below, drawn into the Roma channel, and the throat chakra is contemplated as being filled with the taste of nectar. By concealing the winds of earth and water, all appearances are transformed into food, dissolving into the throat and Roma channel. By meditating on being pervaded by the bliss of meditation, the yoga of food is accomplished. These are from the *Fallen Transformation*: "Such essence extraction, relying on precious substances, makes life as long as the sun and moon. Through the combination of various stones, weapons cannot penetrate the body. Relying on the combination of herbs, white hair and wrinkles disappear. Through the essence extraction of resin mixtures, one becomes radiant and youthful. Relying on the combination of meat, the body is filled with vitality and strength is increased. Furthermore, relying on wind, the wonderful essence extraction is described. The so-called cutting off the flow of elements is understood through the upper and lower winds. The wise conceal it in the place of wind. Or through the calculation of wind changes, it is transformed into the yoga of food. Thus, by extracting essence, the suffering of beings is cut off." Thus it is said. Furthermore, the difference between asceticism and essence extraction is that: slightly eating and drinking stones or water, etc., as a support, and then taking some mantras and visualizations as the path, is asceticism. Whether it is yam, pills, or with or without support, transforming wind and essence into yoga is called essence extraction. Second, cutting off attachment to clothes and training in meditation sessions is divided into three parts. Profound dependent origination is the mixture of meat, the mixture of stones, the mixture of herbs, the mixture of resins, etc., as explained in the Dakini Treasury. Tummo relies on the heat of fire, the body is in vajra posture, the winds are joined above and below, and fire blazes from the [Ram](藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable Ram) at the navel chakra, spreading from the emanation wheel to the great bliss wheel, heat blazing, from the solitary woman's

Focus on controlling the breath. When the breath flows from the left nostril, control and practice it most of the time, so that the meditation on clothing can be accomplished. The method of relying on breath is: squat down, inhale the breath into the body and hold it. When the abdomen feels hot, slowly control the breath, exhale slowly, retain a little of the bottom of the breath, and inhale again. This will generate warmth, eliminate living beings, and afflictions and thoughts will naturally cease. Furthermore, "Beyond Thought" says: The yoga of clothing is like this, to be deeply interdependent with the breath. The breath, through emission and collection, and the key to transmitting back and forth, distinguishes the manifestations of each target, and the yoga is in harmony with the body. Through the combination of interdependence, from the aspects of one, six, and seven, apply yam powder to the body. Third, in meditation, learn to cut off attachment to dreams and habitual tendencies. There are six types: pulse-energy, dreams, illusory body, luminosity, transference of consciousness, union and intermediate state. The first one has been taught before. In particular, the key to the pulse lies above the wick of the Avadhuti below the navel, at the position of Punagu. There is red essence and the seed syllable A (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) of fire, red and shining, with a hot touch, and the fire burns. After heating in the pulse, the red and white bodhicitta drips from the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) at the crown of the head, and visualize it pervading the four chakras and the entire body. Then, inhale the pure breath of single taste from the wick of the central pulse, fill the four chakras, and practice the pulse-energy bindu to become one. From this, warmth and wisdom arise, which is considered the best method in the foundation stage of the path. As a branch of it, relying on wisdom, take other bodies as the help for the key to the path of means, as mentioned before. If you do not rely on it, you should understand the burning and dripping of the great bliss bindu, and the experience of slowly filling the two bliss pulses and moving the uvula. Through the combination of breath, enter the certainty of the key to the union of luminosity. The determining factor for this is also stated in "Beyond Thought": Rely on breath to separate body and mind, in order to cut off the escape routes of the three realms, fundamentally eliminate attachment to body, speech, and mind, in order to equalize the abyss of the six realms, pierce the keys of body, speech, and mind, in order to merge mind-essence with Dharma, guide breath and awareness upwards, in order to exhaust illusions, always.
