Ah la! Free from grasping and clinging, the Dharma body Garuda soars. The nature of reality abides in the self-appearing bindu. (This is the fourth point.) The fourth is: Outwardly, focus on the clear, cloudless sky, so that awareness is clear and bright, half-manifested, and rapidly increasing. Inwardly, focus on the lamp of space, so that the mother-son luminosity is connected. Secretly, focus on the self-clarity of awareness, so that the key to the realization of primordial purity and the exhaustion of phenomena is clear in its own ground. As it says in Rangshar: "In the mandala of empty space, Four kinds of uncreated lamps, Are clear through the meaning of non-cessation. The lamp of awareness-space is: In the midst of the expanse of empty space, The light body of the nature of space, Is clearly unceasing and unstopped. The mind-body endowed with the five wisdoms, Appears in the manner of a continuous thread. That is, going and coming, Moving and flickering. When awareness is placed in the lamp of space, And awareness does not move, It is excellently explained as unchanging realization. The lamp of self-arisen wisdom is: Cutting through all imputation and defamation. The lamp of empty bindu is: When it arises effortlessly, The lamp of the distant lasso of water, If you do not stray from looking at it, It is said to be the measure of perfect meditation." So it says. In Thalgyur it says: "This is how to look at the key point of the place: In the empty outer space free from clouds, The yogi dwells on the bird path of the sky. This is inseparable from the nature of reality." So it says. Again, it says: "The characteristic of appearance in the place is: The sky is blue and clear, without dust, Light and color are the nature of space, Showing the self-appearance of the five wisdoms. On the lamp of pure space, The bindu body and illusory appearances are purified. Nature itself and essence itself, Appear inseparably and indivisibly." So it says. At this time, although subtle thoughts arise like shara-ra due to the movement of wind in the channels, it does not harm the meaning of direct perception, because that thought itself cannot stand on its own and is liberated, going loosely, like a bird caught by a thread flying away. Although there is wavering, there is no such distraction as before, with the thread continuing one after another, so karma and habitual tendencies are not accumulated, the meditation of luminosity is not destroyed, and the power of awareness is placed in manifestation, opening the door for the sudden arising of wisdom. That is, depending on the way of looking, taming the way of looking, so that strong thoughts are self-extinguished, and weak thoughts are

The subtle dharmas are self-liberated. As it is said in the Thal 'gyur: 'The mind does not move from a single state. Appearances are clear on the basis of appearances, like a face and a mirror. Liberation is the liberation of that very moment. When knowledge moves and emptiness vanishes, seeing, knowing, and awareness are not different. That itself is liberated in its own place. Because one liberation liberates all, the enumeration of two and three ceases. The object of thought and grasping does not appear. Movement and grasping are empty from the beginning. Because the intention of emptiness is clear and complete, the enumeration of many ceases.' So it is said. At this time, the intention of the three, view, meditation, and action, is integrated into a single sphere. As it is said in the Vajrasattva Heart Mirror: 'Without limitation or bias, it possesses the measure of view. Clear and without thought, it possesses the measure of meditation. Natural and without artifice, it possesses the measure of action. This great bliss, the unconditioned bodhi without outflows, cannot be grasped by grasping, like the moon in water. It is like a treasure trove of spontaneously arising desires.' So it is said. Then, If the appearance of the expanse of awareness has not arisen, look evenly at the corner of the eye. When seeing, the key is to look without moving in the middle of the sky, directly at the space between the eyebrows. As it is said in 'Without Letters': 'Awareness resting is the instruction itself. This is the secret meeting place. The eye should be pressed firmly, and it should be observed without separation. Because the expanse arises from the corner of the eye, light arises, subtle and entwined. From that, the essence is like a flowing stream, subtle, flickering, and moving. The eye should be regarded as the realm of space. The bindu of the Buddha's body appears. Having found the warmth of that intention, the body of awareness is like a flowing stream. The appearance is with the body.' So it is said. At this time, the three bonds of clear light are determined: the bond of the essence of intention, the way to purify the defilements of the mind, the way to rest evenly without moving, and the way to arise signs, measures, times, and certainty from that. First, there are three: the reality of the essence of intention, the symbol of mind and habits, and the root bond of the way to separate from that. The first is: As it is said in the Kuntuzangpo Heart Mirror: 'Unmoving space, likewise clear awareness. Clear and unscattered, a state difficult to fathom. Empty and clear, vast, it acts in the realm of great bliss. If clear with one-pointedness, then in the state of ultimate emptiness. If complete without mixing, then it abides in the spontaneously accomplished ground.'
