With the power of inner wisdom penetratingly, directly examine the appearance of the Dharmadhatu and wisdom being inseparable, as it says in Thögal: "In the lamp of the pure Dharmadhatu, the bindu body and illusory appearances, the very nature and the essence itself, appear inseparably without duality." Seventh, Chöchö allows the illusions of the outer world and inner mind to appear, and grows in a state of non-acceptance and non-rejection, so it is not possible to quickly liberate them. In Thögal, from the moment of possessing the key points, the illusory appearances of the outer and inner, together with the clinging to illusion, are self-liberated, not relying on the pure growth in the unabandoned place, and the increase of wisdom increases upwards like the waxing moon, and after the four visions reach their limit, they are quickly liberated. From this it says: "The way of appearing is not an illusion, in the nature of pure causes and conditions, reality and unreality are self-purified, the clinging to the objects of the five senses is purified, the grossness of the elements is purified, the wisdom purification shows increasing appearance, and from this comes the nature of exhaustion." If these differences are distinguished in detail, they are inconceivable, but they are only briefly stated. In short, because the essence of wisdom is seen with one's own eyes and can be observed, illusion is reversed in an instant, and because it remains in conceptual thought, taking illusion as the path, and seeking with the fruit of non-delusion, those with the eye of wisdom should understand the difference. This Dharma has such key points, so it is called the supreme of all, the unsurpassed Dharma. The second meaning is to explain the particularly excellent Thögal itself, which is divided into three parts: the general explanation of the three key points of the Dharmata wheel, the separate explanation of the wheel of clear light of day and night, and the extensive explanation of the wheel of wisdom of the mind realm. The first part is divided into four aspects: the three key points of abiding in the body, the three key points of looking at the door, the three key points of guiding the Dharmadhatu, and the three key points of appearing objects. The first is, whichever of the three body postures is adopted, it is necessary to keep the abdomen relaxed so that the channels and winds are in a comfortable state. If it is deliberately tightened, the winds and so on will be disordered and scattered, causing the channels to be twisted or too tense. Therefore, while maintaining the posture, the breath should be extremely slow, exhaling from the mouth, which is the unique and important key point here.

Na no. Furthermore, the common method of exhaling and inhaling through the nostrils is to fill the four chakras, thereby generating a samadhi that clarifies the mind. According to this method, the four obstacles of wind reversal, scattering, swirling, and dullness arise, and illusions do not occur. Here, the increase of purifying wind is not taken as a path. Since the four chakras are filled, all thoughts in the mind arise and cease intermittently, but can never be completely stopped. Therefore, the karma wind naturally stops and is exhaled from the mouth. From the nostrils, pure essence enters, and then enters the channels of all four chakras. Since the movement of various thoughts is like a horse, it is stopped here. It is connected to the mouth and lungs, and in order for the horse of the mind in the tiny tube of the lung channel, like a straw, to stop naturally, the breath is slowly exhaled from the mouth, and the breath is held for as long as possible. In this way, the horse and the person separate, and the person dissolves into the awareness within the heart, thereby naturally accomplishing non-conceptual meditation, which is the key. Sometimes, the breath is forcefully expelled with a whooshing sound, thereby eliminating the obstacles of wind accumulation, unpleasant moods, the agitation of afflictive thoughts, and heart pain. Forcefully expelling the breath at those times is an important key. If one meditates without understanding the key of wind, the increase of phenomena and the signs of realization will never occur. Second, the three keys of the gate of gazing are: whichever way of gazing is adopted, do not control with effort, but relax the body and let it be natural. Not moving the eyes and maintaining a gaze is the key. As it says in the Prasangika: "The unwavering gaze is the key." At this time, combine it with the three ways of gazing. Third, the three keys of guiding the expanse are: slowly guiding the appearance of the expanse with the eyes to the corners, above, and below, without moving the eyes or changing thoughts, and placing awareness clearly and emptily is the key. As it says in the text itself: "The key of the expanse is guiding." Furthermore, the Tsal Dzog says: "In the sky of dharmata, mindfulness, and wakefulness, a golden garuda flies, appearing as five clusters. In a state free from grasping, attachment, and conceptual extremes, in the unbiased self-appearing sky, a clear and empty garuda flies, free from elaboration. In a state without grasping at appearances, in the sky free from signs and elaboration."
