I have enjoyed and completed. Thus it is said. At this time, if illness arises, it should be dispelled by uttering letters, or transferred to another by power, or dispelled by the wheel of the body. As it is said in the *Thal 'Gyur* (Total Transformation Sutra): "Diseases of arising, not explained in all other tantras, should be drawn out and reversed. Listen carefully to the profound secret. Wind, bile, and phlegm, the combination of two and the combination of three, half of that and twelve parts, in sequence, combined with time and certainty, from two causes, there are eight conditions. Grasping the nature of hot and cold, when the two inner and outer realms are combined, the wise should distinguish between body and limbs. Combining the positions of upper, lower, and middle, diseases are dispelled by possessing the three essentials. Various kinds of body wheels, and the activities of squeezing and subduing, draw all arising diseases outward. The body and limbs, inner and outer, should be definitely combined, and the mind should be reversed. Speech is various kinds of sounds, various kinds of letter combinations, and the place and the unspoken are done with meaning. The mind is earth, water, fire, and wind, and various objects of focus are combined with the disease. Reversal is done with the essential of the senses. With the number and measure of each, definitely with the signs and the boundary of liberation, after knowing the time definitely, one's own body is liberated from disease, and one knows by combining the interdependence of another's body. By doing this, the meaning is accomplished. Thus it is said. The wheel of the three doors is, again, from that: "Desiring to be free from disease and suffering, combine self and other equally. For others, do it with interdependence, for self, do it with transfer and action. Actions are three: the essential of the body, speech, and also, likewise, the essential of the mind liberates. The body is in various kinds of wheels, the lion itself and the elephant, the garuda and stirring with the sheep, the fox and the human being itself, insects and so on, the body and, various kinds of wheel shapes, inner and outer, upper and lower, limbs and body, wind, bile, phlegm, combined, the four parts of arising diseases, distinguishing the boundaries with hot and cold, combining this and that, one is freed from disease. Speech is various kinds of sounds, vowels and consonants very clear, residing in the nature of the pulse, also with the six kinds of letter expression, combining with the respective positions, gods, nagas, yakshas, rakshasas, and sky-goers."

Speech. The speech of Brahma, Indra, Vishnu, and the pure speech of ghosts, gods, and nagas. Also, the speech of pot-bellied beings, Gandharvas, and the remaining objects, is liberated by combining with their respective languages. The mind is various memories, and even with the edge of how it changes, it is distinguished by the yogi's awareness. Furthermore, it is transformed by body, speech, and mind. Or, it is transformed by various samadhis of the actions of the mind. It can also distinguish the edge from suffering. Thus it is said. Transferring is: those who are well-versed in wind can transfer their own illnesses to humans, animals, trees, soil, stones, and so on, and can also transfer the illnesses of others to others. At this time, one should not transfer the guru's illness to others or to inanimate objects, because it contradicts the vow of mantras to abandon harming sentient beings. One should not transfer illness for no reason, because it arises to purify the obscurations of oneself and others, and even if transferred, it will happen again, because even if transferred for a moment, the karma does not transfer, because it arises from karma. The Prasangika says: The action of transferring has two aspects: the nature of reality and emptiness. Reality is included in form. Having mastered the elements in this way, and having practiced being accustomed to wind, one can move any tangible object by inserting consciousness into it. Then begin the transfer of objects. Habituation is mainly through the mind of emptiness. The Dharmadhatu and the Dharmakaya are known through the union of non-duality and emptiness. On the nature of clear emptiness, the mind is also in that state. Because the ritual of dependent origination is complete, the method of releasing the transfer with the key point, and it is known by speaking with words. Because the respective elemental bodies meet, try to transfer by just seeing. It is done by the wise in conjunction with wind. However, if you encounter accomplishment, you can accomplish all actions with an invisible body. If you see an object formed from matter, take it by transferring it to honor the guru. Otherwise, it is not something to be done. Likewise, things to ride on, etc., if the heroic guru gives instructions, take this also by being accustomed to wind. The yogi should transfer with a mind full of summoning. Thus it is said. By nature, mastering the wind of all four elements accomplishes the transfer, and especially mastering the wind of karma accomplishes it. Transferring also obtains mastery over the elements.
