Eating and drinking a little of things like stones or water, and using mantras and visualizations slightly as a path, is asceticism. Whether it is yam or clod, or whether there is a support or not, if you practice wind and essence as yoga, it becomes taking essence. Second, cutting off attachment to clothing, practicing meditation sessions, there are three. Profound dependent origination is meat combination, stone combination, grass combination, medicine combination, etc., as explained in the Dakini Treasury. Relying on the heat of Tummo fire, the body sits in the lotus position, the breath is combined, and fire is generated from the (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Rang) syllable at the navel, spreading heat from the emanation wheel to the great bliss wheel. Meditate on holding the breath in the single mother, and when the breath flows from the left nostril, hold and practice it mostly, and the meditation on clothing will be accomplished. Relying on the breath, squat down and draw the breath in, hold it, and when the abdomen becomes hot, hold it slowly, release it slowly, leave a little of the bottom of the breath, and draw it in again. Warmth will arise, and there will be no sentient beings, and afflictions and thoughts will naturally cease. Also, in the Overturn Sutra, it says: The yoga of clothing is like this, practiced with breath and profound dependent origination. Breath is radiating and gathering, with the key to going and coming, visualize the arising of each, and distinguish the yoga in accordance with the body. Relying on the combination of dependent origination, from one and six and seven three, apply yam powder to the body. So it is said. Third, cutting off attachment to dreams and imprints, practicing meditation sessions, there are six: pulse-energy, dream, illusory body, clear light, transference, union-intermediate state. The first has been taught before, especially the key point of the pulse, below the navel, above the wick of the Avadhuti, next to Punagu, there is a red essence and the seed syllable of fire (Tibetan: ཨ་ཤད་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अश, Sanskrit Romanization: aśa, Chinese literal meaning: Asha), red and shining, the touch is hot and fire arises. After heating in the pulse, meditate on the white and red bodhicitta dripping from the (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable at the crown of the head, spreading throughout the four wheels and the whole body. Put the breath of the single mother from the wick of the central pulse, fill the four wheels, and practice the pulse-energy drops into one bunch. From this, warmth and wisdom arise, which is the real path.

This is taught as the supreme method. As its branch, relying on wisdom, as previously shown, take other bodies as path companions. If you do not rely on them, then you should know through the experience of the blazing and dripping of the great bliss bindu, and the two bliss channels slowly filling, and the movement of the small tongue. By the union of wind, one enters the certainty of the essential point of luminosity and equality. Regarding its ascertainment, it is said in the *Reversal*: "Relying on wind, separate body and mind, in order to cut off the escape routes of the three realms, reverse attachment to body and speech from the depths, in order to equalize the precipices of the six realms, pierce the essential points of body, speech, and mind, in order to mix mind itself with dharma, straighten wind and awareness upwards, in order to exhaust delusion, one should always be accustomed to wind." Thus it is said. In order to overcome its methods and obstacles, there are two essential points: nectar and balancing the elements. Regarding nectar, by kneading zan and chang into a ball and eating it in a circular fashion, one separates from foul odors. If making ghee, then use the essence boiled in a vase or other vessel. As it says in that very text: "Also, I will explain the amazing essence that cuts off the stream of bodily arising. By constantly circulating and reversing feces, ultimately the leakage of the body is exhausted. Or, by the ghee extracted from essence, by showing it in a measured way, the streams of elements will be cut off. Because the stream of bodily arising is cut off, life does not remain in the body, and there is no excrement or urine, and inner and outer winds also will no longer exist. At this time, it is the great yogi, both food and clothing become pure. Through this, for life and enjoyment, it is certain that one will accomplish whatever one desires." Thus it is said. Balancing the elements means holding the wind of the four elements of earth, water, fire, and wind. Through the pure bodily essence, by practicing the union of the channels, winds, and clear light at the mandala of the four chakras as before, life, enjoyment, and food and clothing are accomplished. As it says in that very text: "If for the four elements, the yogi performs balancing, then one should accord with the essential points of earth, water, fire, and wind, mix them with the body and conceal them with wind. By transforming them with the elements of one's own body and using them, one should meditate on the mandala where the essential points converge. Once one is accustomed to it and it reaches its limit, the powers of the four become equal, and one enjoys bliss and is without fear, through this also food and clothing are accomplished, life
