The direct perception that realizes the wisdom of the sphere of reality knows the future birthplaces of sentient beings simultaneously. Like a mirror, it knows the past. Equality knows the present. Discrimination knows the death and transmigration of future sentient beings. Accomplishing activity knows the past. The pure direct perception of non-abiding wisdom knows the death and transmigration of present sentient beings. Fifth, the direct perception that sees the nature of reality without error. When these six direct perceptions arise, one engages in the activity of benefiting others because one's own benefit has reached its culmination. With the direct perception that realizes all phenomena are free from elaboration, one can simultaneously see the birthplaces of hell and can emanate countless millions of emanations there. With the direct perception that realizes the nature of phenomena is without characteristics, one can see the birthplaces, lifespans, suffering, actions, and results of actions of hungry ghosts, and generate compassion, and can emanate countless three million emanations. With the direct perception that realizes all phenomena are naturally luminous, one can see the birthplaces, suffering, lifespans, actions, and results of actions of animals, and generate compassion, and can emanate countless five million emanations. With the direct perception that realizes all phenomena are equal, one can see the birthplaces of humans, etc., and generate compassion, and can emanate a hundred million million emanations. With the direct perception that realizes all phenomena are without self or self-possession, one can see the birthplaces and characteristics of asuras, and can emanate ninety-nine thousand emanations. With the direct perception that realizes all phenomena are beyond words, one knows the birthplaces, lifespans, and times of falling of the gods. There, one can emanate nine thousand nine hundred million emanations. Thus, because the wisdom of benefiting others arises naturally, one can see the different kinds of beings: twenty-one kinds of hells, four kinds of hungry ghosts, two kinds of animals, four kinds of humans, three kinds of asuras, and although there are many differences among the gods, they can be summarized in the three realms. These six direct perceptions see the birthplaces, forms, enjoyments, behaviors, concepts, and characteristics of the six realms of gods, etc., and know their faculties and powers. Thus, the six ways of seeing the nature of the faculties of contaminated direct perception, and the thirty ways of the six faculties seeing others, etc., are uncontaminated.

Here, in relation to the object, it is said to be with outflows and without outflows. The object of observation, the law, is the deluded appearance with outflows, and the nature of reality, free from elaboration, is the non-deluded without outflows. This is the term for the mind that meets these two. The wisdom that realizes naturally is the equal wisdom of the noble ones, which is without outflows, and it should be known as the with outflows of ordinary beings. Sixth, the wisdom of the Buddha, the extremely stainless six direct perceptions that are not inverted: Thus, after thirty are completed, abiding and increasing in samadhi, one sees the reality of things as they are and abides; the essence increases into form, seeing all appearances gathered by the three bodies; knowledge increases into wisdom, seeing those previous direct perceptions simultaneously; activity increases into activity, as a sign of the complete thirty-six activities of the emanation body, seeing thirty-six direct perceptions simultaneously; thus increasing, the direct perception that practices the wisdom of the unceasing nature of reality, seeing the extent to which the appearance of things has become hidden; the wisdom of self-character purified in its own place, the direct perception of the nature abiding, the appearance of emptiness; and the invisible faculties, consciousness, intention, intelligence, wisdom, and aspects of compassion, the hidden three bodies are bound by the clinging of their own continuum, and all that was previously bound by the obscuration of knowledge is known, therefore it is great direct perception. Thus, the first of the six direct perceptions has sixty-eight, the second and third each have twenty-four, and the remaining three each have six, so if divided into parts, there are one hundred and thirty-four. These are also included in six sets of six. The fifth of the thirty-six, seeing the state of the faculties, the six are with outflows. The thirty seeing the objects of the six faculties of the first five sets of six are without outflows. The last should be known as extremely without outflows. These are also said in the Kalacakra Tantra: Thus, the son of the eastern lineage will have six direct perceptions arise, namely knowing the previous birth place, knowing death and transference, knowing birth, knowing the minds of others, knowing all hidden appearances, seeing and knowing the place of the six realms, and the direct perception of the faculties being completely purified, etc., six will arise.

Fourth, the way to obtain Dharani is: all the Dharmas that have been heard before appear at the same time, and the categories of Dharmas that have not been heard before also appear immeasurably, therefore it is called the Bardo of Dharmata. As it says in the text itself: At that time, the unforgettable Dharanis will also arise in one's own continuum, and all the Dharmas of the past will appear in the continuum at the same time. Similarly, the Dharmas that have not been heard before will also appear, therefore it is called the Bardo of Dharmata.
