If you extract the semen, wrap it around your waist three times and use it, the semen will not come out. Or, if you use the tendon of the right leg of the Nelei (a kind of herb) to tie the root of your left ring finger, the semen will not come out. This is to hold the Bodhicitta with the profound key of dependent origination. Holding with the posture of the body includes holding with the posture of a tigress, holding with the majestic posture of a lion, holding with the swaying posture of a reed, and holding with the key points of the chakras. The tigress refers to the key to tightly constricting the anus, cutting off the source of semen outflow, and thus generating uncontaminated wisdom. Pulling the intestines into the stomach will block the secret passage of bad thoughts. Turning the tip of the tongue downwards and touching the uvula will unite the two co-born ones into one taste, thus transforming into a pure wheel. Focusing the mind on the white and red bindus between the eyebrows will unite method and wisdom. Joining one's own hand in a fist to the labor palace point is necessary to block the wind of playful action. Reciting Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) in the mouth will mix the mind and bliss into one. The majestic posture of a lion means planting the big toe of the foot on the ground and pushing it outwards, which will cut off the connection of karma and habitual tendencies. Contracting the lower body and relaxing the upper body will increase physical strength and increase Bodhicitta. Eyes Not moving is to enjoy the wisdom of great bliss. Inhaling the air symbolizes the arising of appearances. Meditating on the air transforming into a blue vajra will realize the meaning of one's own mind being without birth or death. The swaying posture of a reed is the key to shaking the whole body, which will bring down the bliss of Bodhicitta where the channels do not dwell. Shaking the head while exhaling will naturally stop discursive thoughts. Contracting the foundation of the body's channels will block the gate of wandering. The key points of the channels are like the key points of wedges, nails, and ropes. Control with the key to pulling the air up and pushing it down. The increase of happiness in the body will constantly experience uncontaminated happiness, and the increase of emptiness in the mind will increase the channels of the vidyādhara outwards, and increase Bodhicitta inwards, thus prolonging life and increasing physical essence. In this way, how to practice holding the vajra peak? It is the key to the air, which descends on the four chakras.

There are two methods for training in the degree of change of one's own wind. The necessity of training the mind of bodhicitta is: if the channels are mastered, diseases will not arise; if the wind is mastered, samadhi will arise; one can walk without one's feet touching the ground; one can see through the particles of the body; one can fly in the sky; one's lifespan will be equal to the sun and moon; and one will be free from attachment to food and clothing. This is the power of mastering the conventional mind of bodhicitta. By mastering the ultimate mind of bodhicitta, the practice of extraordinary transference of consciousness and the entering of consciousness into another's city will be accomplished. As it is said, in the Tantra of the Stacked Houses in the Cemetery: By training in the bindu of bodhicitta, all the supreme and common qualities, whatever one desires in one's own mind, will surely be accomplished through this. Having mastered it in this way, it is impossible for the bodhicitta to fall into the bhaga, and the arising of a bliss unlike any other is the measure of its accomplishment. Even if it falls into the bhaga, the measure of accomplishment is that it can be merged with the mother's bindu through the power of the wind. Eleventh, the order of arising such bliss is: first is joy, using the entering wisdom to apply the expulsion and gathering of the wind; second is sensation, using the actual traces of experience; third is bliss, at the time when mind and wisdom intermingle; fourth is experience, at the time when mind and wisdom are inseparable; fifth is emptiness, when mind and wisdom are neither separated nor distinguished anywhere, and do not go beyond the two extremes and distinctions. As it is said, in the former: First, there is only joy; second, there is sensation of experiencing touch; third, it is called bliss; fourth, it arises together with experience; fifth, it is called emptiness. So it is said. Twelfth, combining this with the view and calculating the changes is: first, it is not the time to actually engage with a consort, nor is it the time to perform methods such as generating the channels. Because ordinary people's desires lack autonomy, it is called the time of the view's wavering, that is, relying on one's own body, bliss arises in the mind involuntarily. Afterwards, because the actual body is mastered, one grasps the bodhicitta and trains it. At the time when one has not trained, a special bliss arises, and because the experience is not mixed with autonomy, emptiness is not recognized in the mind, but one only knows that the nature of mind is emptiness, and the ordinary person's conceptual thoughts are one's own mind.
