Because of impermanence, they do not go to the place of heaven or Ishvara, without friends. The path is permanent, so on the path of heaven or Ishvara, they dwell on the summit of Mount Meru. They desire to dwell there on the path. Furthermore, they desire that conduct be permanent, believing that because cause and effect are impermanent, they will be liberated through permanent conduct. They regard lands and houses as permanent, and they view all these appearances as permanent. They view the absence of permanent things as annihilation, viewing things as annihilated. They practice this doctrine of permanence. They primarily engage in evil mantras, relying on evil mantras to perform destructive and violent actions. They speak of black magic, clinging to it intensely and desiring its fruits. They primarily rely on divination and astrology, depending solely on the happiness of this world, claiming there is no afterlife. They primarily engage in subtle magical powers, believing that in this world, they can use magic to repel armies, and in the afterlife, they can subdue others with magic, desiring to be born into the retinue of heaven or Ishvara. This view of being devoted to debate is such that they conceal their own truth within themselves, refuting others, also hoping to gain benefits. They also hope to gain benefits from perverse asceticism. Attachment to this world is called abandoning the world, engaging in the activities of this world. Furthermore, having concealed their own truth within themselves, there are also those who denigrate others. There are also those who seek gain through attire. That is, they make garments of hair to seek gain. There are also those who wrap their bodies with a single cloth, saying that inner heat has arisen within them. There are also those who carry a khatvanga and hand drum as ritual implements, saying, "I am an incarnate being." There are also those who say, "Whatever good you do benefits me," relying on that. There are also those who refute the wisdom of others with their own wisdom, saying, "This is my work," relying on that. There are also those who say that the cause is extinguished, completely annihilated like the sky. There are also those who say that being completely annihilated, their own body is also empty. The cause is also extinguished, and the effect is also extinguished. The cause is extinguished, so the mind cannot be grasped as a real entity. The effect is extinguished, so they say there is no heaven or Ishvara. Furthermore, the path is extinguished, refuting...

There is not. If wisdom is cut off, there is no Buddha. There is no cause and effect, and some say that it is completely empty and annihilated. Regarding the path, some say that it is a temporary cessation, and some say that the result is completely cut off. Life is cut off with an evil mind. There are also those who say that things can arise from cutting off life. Annihilation is emptiness, because you are also annihilated and I am also annihilated, so it is said that emptiness is nothing. It is said that the secret Vedas are: meaning is like the sky, completely empty and annihilated. Existing things do not exist. There is a little bit of part. There are also those who say that it can appear to the senses. It is called a heretic who deviates from the common ground, deviating from the common ground with the inner Buddhist, and completely deviating due to deviating from the Buddhist tenets. Realizing that manifestation is the illusion of the mind, there are also those who say that everything is an illusion. Furthermore, there are also those who say that these false appearances are true, because there is no ultimate truth. There are also those who say that generating hatred can eliminate everything, and the son of the lineage should abide in hatred. There are also those who say that as an image, this mind is a self-born Buddha, so it cannot be transformed. There are also those who say that it is enough to rely solely on meditating on the image of the deity. Some people, because they are heretics, also say that they deviate from speaking like heretical debates. There are also those who say that only this is permanent, so nothing can be done about it. It is called Kanika-pa, meaning wanting to be vulgar. It is called a miser, possessing the suffering of fearing the disappearance and emptiness of appearances. It is called Sambhari, meaning believing that there is no special meaning and no common meaning. It is called Kapisha, meaning believing that there is no common meaning, but there is some special meaning. It is called Sindhāra, meaning believing that there is no meaning at all. It is called Dasingpa, meaning believing that there is some meaning. It is called Katipa, meaning believing that for things that have any meaning, they are annihilated until the breath stops. It is called Sangha, and there are also those who say that it is enough for me to enter the image of the Sangha. It is called Shankari, meaning impermanence is true. Impermanence of conditioned phenomena is true, and fortune or Ishvara is true. Doshaka.
