The secret channels that exist are: raise upwards and eliminate downwards. Know the two aspects, above and below. There are sixteen that move, ten are karma winds, moving twenty-one thousand six hundred times each day. The remaining six hundred are wisdom winds, in each moment's parts, moving thirty-two times. In each day of a man, there are fourteen thousand moments, and there are that many winds as well. The remaining sixteen of that are coiling, latent, clear in the abdomen, and changing within, each abiding in its own place. Half of that is self-awareness, abiding like a stretched rope. The self-continuum bodhicitta channel, is primordially free from action. This is the castle of the abiding channel, and it also serves as the support of the body.
