The place of origination has sixty-four. The place of remembrance has sixteen, totaling eighty. The taste places have thirty-two, totaling one hundred and twelve. The top has three hundred and sixty. In total, the four chakras have four hundred and seventy-two, which is a special summary. In the center of the four chakras, the three channels arise straight and without crookedness like the tree of life. Outwardly, they are the support for body, speech, and mind. Inwardly, they connect the body, speech, and mind. Secretly, they are the plan for the three bodies. The three channels are: Roma, Kyangma, and Kundarma. Within these three channels, there are Ā (藏文,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:阿), Āḥ (藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), and Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). When they are pure, they become the basis for maturing into the three bodies. When they are impure, they become the basis for maturing into body, speech, and mind. When they are inverted, they open the door for the arising of the three poisons. Among them, Roma means: when filled, it can experience tastes like excellent food; when left natural, it is like a dead body, unable to function. This channel is on the right side of men and the left side of women. In some tantras, the opposite is also seen, which is because there are other hidden meanings. Kyangma means: when restrained, it can generate the experience of the nature of reality free from conceptualization, so it is called Kyangma; when left natural, it is unrelated to others and exists alone. This channel is on the left side of men and the right side of women. Kundarma means: it is located in the center of both men and women; when squeezed, it can generate the experience of clear wisdom; when left natural, it functions to protect body, speech, and mind. These three channels are the basis of all channels, so they are called mother channels. When Roma appears on the right side of men, it generates bodhicitta; when it appears on the left side of women, bodhicitta is blocked and there is no satisfaction in desire. When Kyangma appears on the left side of men, it holds the power of the flow of blood, and through the action of blood dripping from the nose, it holds the time of wisdom. When it appears on the right side of women, it branches out into the channels of the five families, becoming a symbol of diseases and family differences that men do not have. Among them, the color is purplish-brown, the volume is short, the teeth are good, and the shape is round, which is the main channel related to the deer-holding channel. This channel is like the leg of a gazelle, with a constricted root.

The large vulva has particularly great desire, and the thin tip cannot actually produce bodhichitta. If the key point of the bindu is taken as the path, then the key instruction for dilating the pulse is most important. Also, those with white skin, curly and yellow hair, thin and soft bodies, round eyes, and thin limbs are of the elephant nose type. The pulse is like an elephant's trunk, with the pulse tip turned upwards, so bodhichitta cannot actually descend. Small desire arises from scattered pulses. For this, the key instruction for straightening the pulse is most important. Also, those with black color, coarse limbs, rough faces, and ugly appearances are lotus women. The pulse is like an open lotus flower. Because the pulse opening is round, bodhichitta cannot actually descend. That one is long, so the pleasure is great. For this, opening the pulse opening is most important. Also, those with bluish-green color, sparse teeth, long eyes and faces, yellow, curly, and thin hair, thin and soft limbs, and slow behavior are those with patterns. The pulse is like a painted pattern, wherever it is liked, it has a great taste of pleasure from the beginning. Because the pulse is chaotic, bodhichitta cannot actually arise. Because there are many branches of the pulse, it makes a sound when touched. For this, the key instruction for contracting the pulse is most important. Also, those with yellow color, small size, thin teeth, clear eyebrows, short limbs, and wide fingers are conch women. The pulse is like a conch shell spiraling to the right, so bodhichitta cannot actually descend. Because the pulse is spiraling, the taste of desire cannot be found. For this, the key instruction for clearing the pulse is most important. Thus, women come to the pulses of five types, which arise from the particularly coarse five poisons. From this, thirty-two different deceptions arise, and there are thirty-two different types of diseases, which arise from the type of pulse. That is also because there are one hundred and one different types of wisdom pulses. Women have five types of leprosy of the womb-eating insects themselves, which arise from the aggregation of the five types. Apart from that, menstruation itself also has ten different types of diseases, five diseases that enter each of them, five diseases of the holding vessel, and seven diseases of the existing seed. In total, thirty-two types are especially present in women but not in men. That is also caused by the temporary excess of the uterus compared to men, the non-leakage of the seed, and the actions of many insects, etc. Most diseases enter from the uterus, and men
