From what does affliction increase? It increases from the elaboration transformations of the eighteen elements. Then, when the power of each of the four elements is exhausted, two elements combine, and from each channel of the wheel of gathered mindfulness, one moving channel arises, sixteen in total, which shows the increase of the sixteen powers. Within each of these, there is one seed syllable of the nature-channel place, each seed syllable is supported by a sphere of five lights, and upon that rests the two Kunzang (Samantabhadra) fathers and mothers. Thus, the channels support the body, the body supports the elements, the syllables support the dharma of the wheel, the light supports wisdom, and the Kunzang fathers and mothers support the three kayas. Relying on these four—wisdom, kaya, dharmata, and light residing in their own essence—the fruit of the four powers is brought to perfection. Within the sixteen channels of the wheel of gathered mindfulness, sixteen minds abide in reliance. From the distinction between mind and mind-essence, first, in terms of mind, the gathering water-mind holds the basis of memory and thought, the stable earth-mind gathers the collection, the scattering fire-mind spreads to objects, and the light wind-mind causes movement. In terms of mind-essence, there is the unborn meaning mind-essence, the unceasing

Such is yoga. Impurity is hell. Inversion is the suffering sentient beings. Moreover, the mind that seeks everywhere arises from the memory of the past, accompanied by the horse of wind. The mind that establishes arises from the memory of the past, accompanied by the horse of earth. The arising of the mind that definitely grasps arises from the memory accompanied by the horse of water, that is, it arises from grasping the present memory. The mind's discriminating consciousness arises from the accumulation of the consciousness of the six minds, and arises accompanied by the horse of fire. Like that, it arises from the approximation of memory. The afflicted one arises from the grasping of future memory, accompanied by the horse of the combination of water and earth. The mind that grasps movement arises from the accumulation of past habitual tendencies, that is, it arises from the arising of future memory, accompanied by the horse of the combination of fire and wind. Like that, in the maturation of the six, the six aggregates of consciousness arise. From the aggregation of each of those, the eighteen elements are obtained and increase, and having obtained them, they abide. From the causes and conditions of those, eighty-four thousand earthworms arise, that is, body creates body, speech creates speech, mind creates mind. From the Great Array: By the three that create, sentient beings, each of their maturations is complete. From the elements arise bodies and so on, from letters arise sounds and speech, from memory and life arise mind and so on. Thus. Also, the letters that the worms rely on, and the body that is their support, each of those abides as the definite support of body, speech, and mind. If one meditates on empowerment and the generation and completion stages, one is called a person who can be liberated. In Entering Yoga it says: From the nature of body, speech, and mind, the seed of yoga is completed by this, here it is certain by empowerment. Thus, in the wheel of accumulated memory, there are sixteen assembled dharmas, sixteen wisdoms, that is, thirty-two, sixteen letters, that is, forty-eight, sixteen spheres of light, that is, sixty-four, sixteen fathers and sixteen mothers, totaling ninety-six. Each father and mother has three deities of body, speech, and mind, that is, ninety-six deities, and adding them to the ninety-six deities, there are a total of one hundred and ninety-two deities. The accumulation of mind and thought itself.

English
That is two hundred and twelve. The eighteen actions of mental movement, that is, two hundred and thirty. The eighteen realms generate eighteen, that is, two hundred and sixty-six. The five bases of the five senses, the five supports of the senses, and the five doors of the senses, totaling two hundred and eighty-one. The mind's experience has five sets of five afflictions, plus thirty, totaling three hundred and eleven. Each of these has two aspects: the scattering and gathering of memory, which is six hundred and twenty-two, eighty-five thousand worms. Each of these has that many letters, that many bodies, that is, abiding in four hundred and fifty-one thousand. Internally, it is the differentiation of diseases, acting as near and far causes and conditions, and externally, it produces one million and forty thousand hairs. All of these are the aggregation of the four aggregates of the Alaya consciousness, and from this collection of karmas, resembling the form of the pervading tortoise, the doors of the senses are clear and without moving wind, the foundation of the limbs is adjusted but without the power to move, this is intolerable to the transformative action of wind. From this growth, in an instant, the extent of one hundred and twenty thoughts flowing arises. Then again, on the night after fifty days have passed, By the action of the water element, the collection of dharmas that have lost two wheels of the body are destroyed separately by the wind, and gathered together by the aggregating action of water, abiding as if the fruit of a seed transformation is well conceived, and oppressed by the weight of the earth, merely moving and trembling, and the strength is also diminished. Then the power of fire lowers the temperature, and experiencing the touch of heat, these are burned like thatch spreading with fire, and made into fine dust. Then on the third night, the power of wind causes all these fine dust particles to merely shake and tremble, the wind fights internally, destroying them in all directions, and then separating them. At these times, experiencing four sufferings is: being made cold to the touch by water is merely suffering. Being oppressed by the weight of the earth is suffering upon suffering. Being burned by fire is the suffering of change. Being destroyed by the wind, because of the fear of falling, is the suffering of formation. Thus, after four nights, the four great elements exhaust their own power.
