Nor is it. There is nothing that appears as wisdom." Also, from the Garland of Pearls: "In the essence of the naturally abiding, there is no Buddha and no sentient being. There is no ignorance and no confusion. There is no mind, and there is no intellect. There is no enemy, no friend, and no relative. There are no afflictions and no self-grasping. There is no going and no coming. There is no dharma, and there is no appearance of dharma. There is no means, and there is no wisdom itself. There are no aggregates and no elements. There is no object, and there is nothing to grasp. There are no faculties and no objects. There is no object to be grasped and no grasping. There is no body, and there is no wisdom itself. There is no knower and no object of knowledge. There is no light, and there is no color. There is no sound, and there are no smells, etc. There is no desire and no attachment. There is no realm, and there is no palace. There is no deity, and it transcends the object of offering." Also, from the Six Spaces: "The nature of reality, free from elaboration, is primordially pure, the basis of the essence of self-nature. In it, there are no words or letters, and it cannot be determined by speech. It is free from all imputation and depreciation, and there is no conceptualization of grasping and being grasped. There is no Buddha and no sentient being. There is no dharma and no concept of dharma. There is nothing and nothing at all. In such an essence of nothingness." Also, from the Without Letters: "Since I have no birth and no death, the dharma of non-cessation is completely perfect. Since I have no outer and no inner, the dharma of clarity is completely perfect. Since I have no emptiness and no reality, the dharma of appearance is completely perfect. Since I have no object of focus, the dharma of seeing is completely perfect. Since I have no body and no mind, the dharma of self-appearance is completely perfect. Since I have no self and no other, the five dharmas of awareness are completely perfect. Since I have no cause of action, the great contemplation is completely perfect. Since I have no place to go, the object of self-appearance is completely perfect. Since I have no direction and no boundary, the secret wisdom is completely perfect. Since I have no cessation of appearance, the three dharmas of the realm of reality are completely perfect." Also, from the Self-Arisen: "In that first basis, the great primordially pure, there is no thought. There is no ignorance. There is no mind. There is no intellect. There is no grasping." And how is that? Uninterrupted wisdom. The spontaneously accomplished Buddha. The nature of reality, free from elaboration. Awareness, free from extremes. The appearance of great purity. The view of non-origination abides. It is vast, clear, immutable, wisdom unceasing, thigle scattering in various ways, the nature of non-fabricated dharma, the outer connections not unraveling, the five lights of inner wisdom shining without ceasing, abiding in the essence of body and wisdom. This shows wisdom and light in the primordial purity, negating even the existence of primordial purity. Secondly, explaining in detail from the reversal of the appearance of self-nature: The state of affairs of spontaneously accomplished self-nature, also not cut off from India, not falling into any direction, the place where body and wisdom arise, the inner clarity subtly exists, the outer connections do not unravel, the meaning of the precious gau, the cavity of spontaneously accomplished preciousness, the realm of the youthful vase body, the space adorned with dense, clear light. When all without outer and inner turns inward, the five root life-winds, and upon them the five bodies, five speeches, five minds, five qualities, five activities, five wisdoms, and five lights, etc., the basis for their arising, the place of origination, the object of reliance, the existent that transcends non-existence, outwardly non-existent but inwardly clear, subtle parts difficult to examine, the body in which the ground appearance arises, the basis in which the path appearance arises, the space in which the fruit appearance arises, abiding in the great expanse in which the form body and awareness arise. From self-arising, that space is also not cut off, not falling into any direction, without decrease, without increase, without emptiness, without fullness, possessing clear parts, the place where many bodies arise, the nature of all vastness. From the Six Spaces: On the appearance of self-nature itself, There is no grasping at characteristics at all. Since it is self-clear, not a color, Only the aspects of knowing and awareness. Since there is no object to be grasped, There is no grasping aspect of conceptualization. In the original sound beyond light, It abides pervading from the very beginning. In the self-sound beyond body, It abides in the pure great seal. However, on the appearance of self-nature, There is no aiming at characteristics at all. The aspect of meaning abides thus: The white aspect that generates self-sound, Abides in the very great depth of clarity. The essence of deep clarity generates radiance, The yellow aspect of self-exhausting appearance. From the invisible depths, one's own face is clear, One's own face, unattached, generates sound, The red aspect of self-exhausting attachment, Freed from self-binding, In the great, unmixed depth of sound.
