empowerment. Then without elaboration. Then extremely without elaboration. Then the most extremely without elaboration are determined as four and are reasonable, that is, when a fortunate individual enters here, if the outer elaboration is not cut off at the beginning, the elaboration of the aggregates of appearance and consciousness cannot be cut off. If the inner non-elaboration is not gathered, it cannot be absorbed into the path of the mind. If the secret extreme non-elaboration is not cut off, the lamp will not illuminate the path. If the unsurpassed most extreme non-elaboration is not directly imparted, the path of the seer will not be clear, so it is determined as four. Furthermore, the two, wind and mind, as the causes and conditions of father and mother, are pure, so it is also determined as four. The four chakras of the inner body enter the four differences of the channels, so it is also determined as four. In secret, the lamp shows four appearances, so it is also determined as four. In the unsurpassed, the four signs are determined, From this, the fruit of determining the four measures arises as the four bodies, so it is also determined as four. Second, the example of showing the four ripenings is that when entering the four empowerments, the beginning of ripening is encompassed by the two, impure and pure appearances. It also merges into the two, space and the realm of phenomena. It merges into the three, arising, dwelling, and ceasing, and the three times. Thus, the karma of the ripening of body, speech, and mind is liberated. Because of controlling the laws of samsara and nirvana, the two, contaminated and uncontaminated, it appears as two, that is, because of controlling appearance, the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, etc., are purified; because of controlling existence, the afflictions are purified. Among them, elaboration symbolizes the activity of entering the four, body, speech, mind, and heart. Non-elaboration symbolizes the four, attainment, abiding, stability, and near realization. Extreme non-elaboration symbolizes the causes and conditions for the ripening of the four, body, speech, mind, and heart, and symbolizes the four fruits. The most extreme non-elaboration symbolizes the three doors ripening into the body, speech, and mind of the deity, and the four practices of the meaning that cannot be expressed. The example of the ripening of each of the four empowerments is: just as when a flawless seed is sown in good land, the fruit ripens, so on the field of wisdom, first, elaboration is bestowed, thereby sowing the seed; non-elaboration causes the seedling to sprout and the leaves to grow; extreme non-elaboration causes the flower to bloom; the most extreme non-elaboration causes it to ripen into the fruit of determining the four bodies. Third, each of the natures is divided into four. First, the aspect of the power of elaboration is: elaboration purifies the aggregates such as the body, thereby becoming the form

Union with the Vajra. In that, the with-characteristics of with-characteristics purifies the body as the deity, speech purifies as mantra, mind purifies as samadhi, and heart purifies as dharmata. Its without-characteristics makes the illusion of external appearances vanish. Its extremely without-characteristics unites with the four activities. Its utterly without-characteristics makes the body blissful, speech clear, mind non-conceptual, and heart endowed with the power of union. Second, calculating the transformations of the four empowerments of without-characteristics: The with-characteristics of without-characteristics transforms the mind of the fortunate one. Its without-characteristics shows the means of entering within. Its extremely without-characteristics, by transforming the mind, unites with the purification of conceptual thought. The utterly without-characteristics causes the attainment of the meaning of non-duality. Third, the four empowerments of extremely without-characteristics liberate the limits of karma: The with-characteristics of extremely without-characteristics purifies karma, speech, letters, and conceptual thought, and bestows bliss on the four: body, speech, mind, and heart. This also arises from the practice of distinguishing impurities. Its without-characteristics causes the meaning to naturally arrive on its own, therefore there is no place to go beyond dharmata. Its extremely without-characteristics enters the mandala of emptiness, therefore it does not enter the three doors and three realms. Utterly without-characteristics purifies the six consciousnesses. Fourth, determining the distinctions of utterly without-characteristics: The with-characteristics of utterly without-characteristics, with whatever mind, etc., causes attachment and aversion to self-liberate. Without-characteristics shows the nirmanakaya realm, causing the aggregates, elements, and sense bases to be emptied. Extremely without-characteristics shows the sambhogakaya realm, causing the meaning of the mind's nature without coming and going to be realized. Utterly without-characteristics prophesies as the dharmakaya, causing the subtle obscurations of knowledge, which cling to samsara and nirvana, to be purified. Second, explaining in detail the distinctions of one's own nature, among which are the four empowerments. First, with-characteristics. The with-characteristics of with-characteristics is mixing samaya substances, pouring oath water, etc., which is external. The without-characteristics of with-characteristics is introducing into the mandala, showing the face of the deity, and then giving the name empowerment, which is internal. The extremely without-characteristics of with-characteristics is bestowing the vows of the Shravakas, from the completion of the nine stages to giving breath, praise, etc., which is secret. With-characteristics
