Not appearing. The sound is knowing what one is accustomed to. Because the six realms do not transform into forms, Therefore, one knows the languages of the six realms of beings. Because the mindstream of the six realms is naturally severed, Therefore, one knows the thoughts of all of them. Because delusional thoughts are exhausted, In short, the six superknowledges will arise. The appearances of the six realms of beings Are returning from their own nature. Afterwards, it is the meaning of cutting off birth. Like this, when this person cuts off, All these self-characteristics will appear. Separating samsara and nirvana, One must first accomplish body, speech, and mind. Being accustomed to behavior, Like this, signs will appear on the body. The attachment to the body naturally reverses, In order to cut off the continuity of delusional attachment, There is no attachment to one's own body. One can walk in the sky, And similarly, one can enter the earth. One knows what to think and not to think. One can also speak Dharma from the mouth. Like this, The person in whom this arises, The bonds of samsaric thoughts Of body, speech, and mind, Are freed from whatever binds them. Afterwards, the connection between body, speech, and mind is severed. Thus it is said. Second, the actual signs are twofold: the measure of the four yogas with minds focused on objects, and the measure of realizing the wisdom of self-appearing awareness. The first is: from the burning corpse, the sign of being accustomed to seeing. For a fortunate individual, It will also appear like this. Because emptiness expands the body and mind, Like a dakini in the sky, In order to freely control the wind, Like the wind, in six hundred moments, One can travel in the four continents. Because one's own mind realizes emptiness, Whatever one looks at can melt. This is gaining confidence in seeing. The signs of someone who is skilled in meditation are, There are no worms or living beings on the body. Because compassion perfects benefiting others, Because the mindstream of conceptual thoughts is exhausted, The body is as light as cotton. Because awareness has the meaning of immortality, The body becomes like sixteen years old. Because the moisture of dharmata pervades the mind, The hair and other parts of the body are oily. Like this, the mind does not wander, It stays wherever it stays, It cannot enter the realm of delusion. This is what the meditator gains for themselves, Enlightenment is attained in two lifetimes. Thus it is said. The second is the measure of the ultimate perfection of Trekchö,

This is an explanation of the degrees of practice in Tögal. First, at the time of accomplishing Trekchö, such a vision appears: the entire body manifests as indivisible particles, the particles of the four elements dissolve on their own, and one gains control over eye consciousness and clairvoyance, thereby attaining liberation in this very life. As stated in the Tantra of the Heap of Jewels: "If one understands this in one's own mind, all appearances that are without manifestation and conceptuality are self-purified, and all naturally arise as the pure, clear, and vast expanse. The four elements of earth, water, fire, and wind, their respective powers no longer appear, but dissolve into the sky like mist. The various deluded attachments, no matter how one thinks, cannot arise, and all aspects of grasping and being grasped naturally cease. Everything disappears, naturally exhausted, and in the self-arising experience of clarity, all sentient beings are likewise." The meaning of this is that even in the common vehicle, it is taught that the gross four elements actually exist as indivisible particles. Through the practice of emptiness, one can see the particles, and be able to pass through walls, mountains, and buildings, etc. It is also taught that one can fly into the sky through miraculous powers, and burn corpses with the fire of wisdom, etc. In the unsurpassed vehicle, it is taught that the eight examples of rootless illusion lead to the ultimate truth, so that when delusion disappears, the particles of Trekchö dissolve. This is different from Tögal, for when the particles of Tögal dissolve, they manifest as light, thereby gaining control over birth and death, and being able to manifest again as a reborn body. But in the particles of Trekchö, the body dissolves, and the mind dissolves into the Dharmata, thereby attaining liberation in the primordial purity, and therefore, it is distinguished by the difference in benefiting beings. Although such key points are explained in Dzogchen, nowadays, I am probably the only one who can clearly understand and know how to establish a philosophical system. This key point is very important. Second, there are five degrees of practice in Tögal: light, space, bindu, body, and awareness. This is an explanation of the degrees of practice. First, regarding the degree of practice in the self-arising light of the five wisdoms, as stated in the Burning of the Corpse Relic: "Whoever is proficient in which light, in the realm seen by oneself, earth, water, fire, and wind, the appearances of the four elements naturally disappear, gradually experiencing the five colors. This is the sign of being inseparable from it. In the realm seen by others, like a madman, without obstruction."
