The vision of reaching the limit is seen. The lamp of self-arisen wisdom serves as the basis for seeing the exhaustion of Dharma-nature. Thus, the maturation of the four elements of the conventional and ultimate, the actions of forming and generating the body. Initially, from the basis of the body—the navel chakra—the knot of the channel is generated. From that, memory arises. From that, the tastes arise. From that, all the arrangements of the apex arise. After the five pure faculties of the body are fully generated, at nine months and ten days, the body is fully mature, emerges from the womb, and experiences the appearances of the external world and the various objects of desire. Secondly, the support is the nature of the three: channels, bindus, and winds, which are of three types: abiding is the channel, moving is the wind, and arranging is the abiding nature of bodhicitta. First: Generally, it is said that there are seventy-two thousand channels, but they are condensed into four hundred and seventy-two. These are further condensed into four chakras. These are further condensed into three main ones. From the place of the channels—the chakras—it is said: The channel knots of the body are the four chakras of the channels. The chakras are interconnected like a net. The most upright is the way of the pillar of the body. The three wisdom channels are the place where the three kayas are generated. So it is said. Second: Although there are many views in the various tantras, here it is explained as two winds: karma wind and wisdom wind. That is, for a man who has reached adulthood, twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths flow in one day and night. The elderly lose sixty breaths, and the young gain breaths because the power of the elements has not matured, or because they have reached adulthood, or because they are exhausted. If we consider an adult, between sixty breaths, there is one afflicted wind flowing with each breath. One gross wind is counted for every one hundred and twenty breaths, so three parts have three hundred and sixty gross karma winds. One-third of that is the equal-dwelling wind, which is one hundred and twenty. Between every twenty breaths, there is one wisdom wind. As it is also said in the *Tattvasamgraha*: "The winds, in the order of days, are counted as twenty-one thousand six hundred. In one day, the breaths are completed. How, by their individual differences, the young have sixty more, and the old have less, is due to the function of the vessel of the elements. The moving wind is sixty, calculated by the nature of subtle changes. There are two breaths for each gross breath."
