Now, the consciousness directed towards one side has become aimless. Let it be! Let it not be! Let it appear! Let it be empty! Let it be yes! Let it be no! Let it be good! Let it be bad! Let it be realized! Let it be unrealized! The self-arisen, naked, empty consciousness has become completely empty, without any trace. It has not been liberated from the beginning because there is no basis. One does not recognize oneself because there is no duality. One does not practice view and meditation because there is no action. One does not guard the natural state because there is no condition. One does not settle in one's own state because there is no place. One is not liberated in oneself because there is no support. Originally enlightened, there is no dharma because there is no realm of reality. Ultimately impartial, it transcends seeing and attainment. The consciousness of no dharma and no action has completely vanished nakedly. Do not be bound by the box of view and meditation. Do not enter the empty field of reality. Do not guard the state of the natural condition. Do not climb the nakedness of complete abandonment. Do not cross the narrow path of natural liberation. Do not abandon the ordinariness of one's own land. Do not practice the meaning of self-liberation. Do not spend the unspeakable nature. The unattached awareness, being ordinary in unattachment, is greatly proclaimed as sowing the seeds of clear nature. Do not meditate on dharma. Do not change your mind. Do not welcome the future. Do not chase after the past. Do not grasp the present. Without guarding the false appearances as they arise, the awareness of being unconcerned and free is completely liberated into the vast expanse. Now, whatever appears is awakened freely, transcending the calculation of right and wrong. As it says in the "String of Pearls": "How all actions of speaking and doing are the clear manifestation of empty awareness. All thoughts of good and bad are the vast realm of meditation like a river. All wrong views and correct desires are the impartial view of the yogi. All clinging to hope and doubt are the fruits of false appearances." This is the time when it falls into place. To clearly explain the nature of these realizations, no matter what appears, whether heaven and earth are reversed, it is all free and easy, without basis, false and unreal. Without aim, confused and unclear, acting freely. Without hope and doubt, possessing a mad state. Without the bias of view and meditation, without special clinging and desire. Without partiality and desire, without the effort and practice of 'this'. Why is that? Because the intention has not moved from the nature of reality, so it is liberated in the exhaustion of dharma and the cessation of name. Whatever appears is seen as the play of self-arisen wisdom, just as the image of a face appears in a mirror. What is seen in the external world is the play of awareness, and apart from the unborn emptiness, the nature of reality has never
