Like a lost person, although seemingly clear, there is the habitual darkness of ignorance. Therefore, it is essential to thoroughly decide without confusion and to value gaining stability in the meaning of mind itself. The six aspects of simultaneous and subsequent non-separation should be understood through six examples. First, symbolized by the example of a rainbow in the sky, in the state of clear wisdom like the sky, experience the natural clarity of the flowing self-liberation, and experience it transparently without clinging. If you do not understand in this way, even single-pointed concentration is like a lamp moved by the wind, unable to withstand external conditions. Second, symbolized by the example of dawn and the rising sun, experience the clarity, luminosity, increase, decrease, and boundlessness of the state. Experience the self-purified, clear, and luminous wisdom. If you do not understand in this way, like being afflicted by an epidemic, dullness and agitation will obscure the meaning of reality. Third, symbolized by the example of a windless lamp, experience the stillness of appearances and mind without movement, and experience the great unconditioned equality. If you do not understand in this way, like a naughty child, intermittent practice will not be useful when needed. Fourth, symbolized by the example of the vastness of space, experience clarity, pervasiveness, boundlessness, emptiness, and openness. Experience the view of no hope, no fear, no clinging, and liberation. If you do not understand in this way, like a fledgling bird with broken wings, flying in the sky but falling off a cliff due to effort. Fifth, symbolized by the example of ocean waves, experience the state of self-arising and merging into the dharmadhatu. Experience the three aspects of arising, ceasing, and abiding merging with the nature of reality. If you do not understand in this way, if you grasp duality on the ground, you will not be able to separate from affirmation and negation, grasping and the grasped. Sixth, symbolized by the example of a stream flowing into the ocean, experience the natural merging of thoughts and mind. Experience many as one taste, many points merging into one point. If you do not understand in this way, like mustard seeds scattered on the ground, you will not be able to subdue the complexity of thoughts with the essence. If you know how to strike the key point of such instructions, you are a great yogi of continuous flow. If you do not understand in this way, like a dried-up stream, view, meditation, and action will not be able to withstand external conditions. Regarding the self-abiding of view, there are six key points to grasp. First, in the view of no grasper and grasped, the self-abiding of self-awareness and non-duality is, from the emptiness of the six objects, liberation from the extreme of the grasper, from the self-luminous wisdom, liberation from the extreme of the grasped, non-duality of grasper and grasped, liberation from both extremes, liberation from the extreme is just a name, liberation from the non-dual extreme. Realizing this, you will not cling to anything.

None. Second, the instruction for seizing one's own ground through a view that is liberated from existence and non-existence, permanence and annihilation, is: Because it is self-originated wisdom, it is liberated from the extreme of non-existence. Because there is no stain of conceptualization, it is liberated from the extreme of existence. Because it is without object and separate from name, it is liberated from the extreme of both. Because play appears in both, it is liberated from the extreme of non-duality. Know that it is primordial liberation, complete liberation, great liberation. Third, seizing the ground in liberation from arising and ceasing is: Like space, the basis of arising is not established, it is liberated from the extreme of arising. Play is not ceased, it is liberated from the extreme of ceasing. At the time of arising, there is no arising, it is liberated from the extreme of both. The seer is not established, it is liberated from the extreme of non-duality. Realize that the nature of reality is one and pure. Fourth, seizing the ground in liberation from appearance and emptiness is: Because the nature is clear, it is liberated from the extreme of emptiness. Because there is no conceptualization, it is liberated from the extreme of appearance. Because there is no distinction, it is liberated from the extreme of both. Because there is no grasping, it is liberated from the extreme of non-duality. Know that it is self-liberation, great equality. Fifth, seizing the ground in liberation from permanence and annihilation is: Whatever arises, because its essence is emptiness, it is liberated from the extreme of permanence. Emptiness appears in various ways, it is liberated from the extreme of annihilation. Appearance and emptiness have no gathering or dispersing, it is liberated from the extreme of both. The seer's own face is pure, it is liberated from the extreme of non-duality. Understand that all is primordially unborn, originally pure. Sixth, seizing the ground in liberation from good and bad is: Not falling to a high place, the clinging to the best of good is cleared away. Not falling to a low place, the mind of abandoning the bad is cleared away. Not falling into duality, dualistic grasping is empty in its own place. Not falling into non-duality, it is liberated from all extremes. If you do not know such a great fortress of view, you will not be able to stand on your own, confusion and obscurations will arise, and you will not be able to gain benefit from the meaning of the lower ones. Therefore, the key instruction of seizing the ground is precious. The six dharmas for enlisting conceptual thought as a friend are: Take the conceptual consciousness as if it were hail, self-dissolving. Self-originated wisdom arises from within. Purify the movement itself, like lightning in space. Whatever moves is self-clear, wisdom arises. Take memory as self-clearing, like muddy water. Whatever is remembered arises as the intention of the self-originated Buddhas. Take whatever is conceptualized as the play of dharmata as a friend. The intention without acceptance or rejection arises from within. Exhaust grasping itself, take the objectless as a friend. Without a basis, seeing vanishes, wisdom arises in itself. Take the clarity and purity of one's own sound as a friend. Without a trace, wisdom arises from within.
