After doing everything, wanting to please others is not the way of a practitioner. After completing your own deceit, cunning, and hypocrisy, wanting to please the Three Jewels is not the way of a practitioner. Without diligently practicing in a secluded place, complaining about the Dharma is not the way of a practitioner. Speaking of compassion but only fulfilling your own desires in action, wanting to accomplish the benefit of others is not the way of a practitioner. Holding onto self-grasping in your mind but speaking of emptiness, wanting to attain liberation is not the way of a practitioner. Holding onto your own views in your mind but speaking of non-duality, wanting to realize the true nature is not the way of a practitioner. Therefore, abandon actions that harm the general teachings of the Buddha. The following are six very virtuous and excellent practices: When the Dharma abides and you have obtained leisure and opportunity, you should quickly escape from the pit of samsara. When taking the essence of listening and contemplation into practice, you should mix your own arrogance with the Dharma. When various sufferings and obstacles increase, you should generate steadfast faith in the practice of Dharma. When the doors of the six senses face the six objects, you should let the duality of grasper and grasped dissolve on its own. When contemplating the meaning of view, meditation, and action, you should train your wisdom and practice impartially. When you are about to accomplish the ultimate goal now, you should diligently practice the instructions of loving-kindness. If you cannot control yourself with antidotes, then at the time of death, the Lord of Death will laugh at your body. The following are six contradictory statements that cannot be accomplished: Without gaining autonomy over yourself, wanting to control others is a contradictory statement. Without benefiting yourself, just as you cannot help others, wanting to benefit others is a contradictory statement. Without possessing the qualities of a student, wanting to become a teacher is a contradictory statement. Like untamed raw hide, without taming yourself, wanting to tame others is a contradictory statement. Without having confidence in realizing here, wanting to instill meditation in others is a contradictory statement. Without changing your ordinary behavior, wanting to teach the Dharma to others is a contradictory statement. Cherish not being stained by such inherent faults. The following are six practices that encourage the excellent practice of the sacred Dharma: If you want to abandon meaningless worldly affairs, then when faith arises, put aside what you are doing. Even if you do it, it is like a ripple in water, impossible to grasp. If you go to a secluded place wanting to practice, then when you remember, do not let your remembrance have any omissions, practice wholeheartedly. If you do not go at that time, there will be many obstacles and excuses.

When attending the Lama, you must listen to whatever he says; If you occupy the Lama's mind with thoughts of "I did it," it will not succeed. When looking at the nature of your own mind, you must leave it naturally, without fabrication; If you don't, you will never see your own face with fabrications. When seeking qualities, you must constantly persevere; If you are short-tempered and intermittent, you will never perfect your qualities. When sending it to the end, you must realize the ground of reality; If you seek it elsewhere, you will never find it. The six antidotes to practicing reality are: Do not take great, good, or high positions, but stay in a humble place; Do not be the leader of many, but enter under the good; Do not seek good reputation, but topple the mountain of arrogance; Do not expect victory for your own desires, but be content to accept defeat; Do not look at the good and bad of others, but look at the good and bad of your own mind; Do not be distracted by the objects of the six senses, but look at the face of your own mind. In this way, if you have six aspects, your practice will reach the point. The instruction on the six certainties is: If you can pray with faith, respect, and compassion, you will surely realize the nature of your own mind and receive blessings. If you can relax in a natural, unforced state, you will surely see the self-aware, non-dual wisdom clearly as it is. If you can look at the nature of dualistic, conceptual thoughts, you will surely be liberated in your own place, without fabrication. If you can leave the deluded appearances of grasping and clinging in their own place, you will surely see the self-purifying, non-conceptual wisdom arising naturally. If you tame awareness with skillful means, the basis of primordial reality, the spontaneously accomplished, unwavering, and free from elaboration, will surely arise. If you constantly persevere without laziness or sloth, the warmth and signs of the qualities of the stages and paths will surely arise from within. The six aspects of "is" are: If you deceive others with deceit, you are deceiving yourself; If you give victory to others, you are giving it to yourself; If you inflict cruelty and harm on others, you are inflicting it on yourself; However you benefit others, you are benefiting yourself; If you are jealous and scold others, you are scolding yourself; Whatever accumulation of the two accumulations you make for the benefit of others, you are accumulating for yourself. Such understanding is difficult to grasp and difficult to integrate into one's being. Therefore, you should train your mind in this truth. The six aspects of non-attachment are: Compassion does not cling to those who have no faith or respect; Hearing and thinking do not cling to those who have no wisdom; Accomplishments do not cling to those who have no vows; Advice
