The six grounds are: Always accept your own failures; do not leave any false excuses in your heart; abandon meaningless idle talk; watch the all-seeing, non-elaborate nature of mind; sever connections with the six objects, do not chase after the grasper and the grasped; persist in actual practice, and take the meaning of dharmata as the ultimate refuge. By doing this, your own affairs will be quickly accomplished. The six "is" are used to give good instructions: Entrust your plans to the lama, and there will be no mistakes; do not postpone virtuous deeds, and you will not regret even if you die; do not cling to the distinction between enemies and friends, all appearances are harmonious; repay kindness when good deeds are done, and be grateful wherever you are; abandon jealousy and harm, and tame your own mindstream; protect the conduct of the holy ones, and you will accomplish whatever you wish. Profound heart essence The six dharmas of liberation are: The view is mind itself, therefore recognize your own nature; meditation is luminosity, therefore make your mind clear; action is illusion, therefore transform all appearances into the path; experience is the arising of dharmata, therefore cut off clinging from the root; the result is inherent in self-nature, therefore abandon hope and fear; activity is for the benefit of others, therefore guide beings with compassion. The six natures of practitioners are: If there is the intention to benefit others, then love beings; know that hatred may arise, and take patience as a friend; if there is loving generosity, the retinue will gather; if it does not gather, know that this is a condition for increasing virtuous deeds; if there is realization, the oath-bound ones will gather like clouds; if they do not gather, know that this is a sign of the decline of vows; if you abandon attachment from the depths of your heart, wealth will gather; if it does not gather, know that this is past karma; at the time of attaining accomplishment, all kinds of obstacles will arise; if they do not arise, know that this is the blessing of the previous masters; for diligent practitioners, the maras will invade; if they do not invade, know that this is because virtuous deeds have entered the essential point. If you do not understand in this way, there will be a great danger of going astray. The six instructions of ultimate meaning are: If you want to realize the view, look for the one who has realized it; if you do not find it, be liberated from the bonds of the four extremes; if you want to practice samadhi, look for the one who meditates; if you do not find it, think of the unreal movement; act If you want to practice, look for the one who practices; if you do not find it, be liberated in the non-dual self-nature; if you want to accomplish the result, look for the one who accomplishes it; if you do not find it, the three kayas are complete in yourself; activity

If you wish to accomplish something, seek an accomplisher. If that is not found or sought, it will be spontaneously accomplished. If you wish to travel a path, seek a traveler. If that is not found, maintain the state in its own place. This is the ultimate heart essence instruction. Know that all are displays of awareness. The six dharmas for supremely taming one's own mind are: Overthrow the mountain of your own pride and arrogance. Hold others' jealousy as a yidam deity. Cut off attachment to others' affairs with the sword of wisdom. Distinguish between cause and effect, good and evil. Rely on mindfulness and gentleness to counter slander and fabrication. Contemplate others' faults, mental disturbances, and impure appearances. By doing so, your own mindstream will blend with the Dharma. Distinguishing good and bad with six recognitions: Clear and pure awareness is liberation from all tenets. This is the recognition of view, make a decision. Self-clarity, great bliss, liberation from fixation and dualistic grasping. This is the recognition of meditation, maintain it in its natural state. Unite skillful means and wisdom, arouse the path to enlightenment. This is the recognition of conduct, train in illusion. Transform ordinary clinging and conceptualization of samsara and nirvana. This is the recognition of samaya, purify it. Whatever appears is the naturally arising wisdom, the state of bliss. This is the recognition of the four empowerments, travel the paths and bhumis. Whatever is done in this way is great secret mantra yoga. To practice according to the Dharma and possess the six perfections: Without attachment is the supreme generosity. A mindstream without defilement is the supreme discipline. Not being disturbed by anger is the supreme patience. Renunciation and weariness of samsara is the supreme diligence. Abiding in the state of contemplation is the supreme meditation. Realizing the meaning of mind itself is the supreme wisdom. The six common instructions of the Great Vehicle are: Always think of death, whip yourself with diligence. Whatever you do, prioritize familiarizing yourself with Dharma. Count your accumulations, and purify good and bad deeds. Make offerings to the Three Jewels, and strive to accumulate the two accumulations. Put virtuous actions on the scale, and transform appearances into Dharma. Whatever you do, do it for the benefit of others, and connect with the meaning of selflessness. Whoever does this enters the essence of the Great Vehicle. Abandoning the six faults of separation: The qualified guru you rely on must not be separated from. If you separate from that, you will not enter the path of liberation. The unwavering faith in your own mindstream must not be separated from. If you separate from that, you will not reach the realm of Dharma. The profound instructions of practice must not be separated from. If you separate from that, you will not achieve enlightenment.
