When I increase again, it is key to suppress delusion and sit alone in silence. To capture the hearts of others, when increasing again, it is key to abandon the suppression of delusion to its natural state. Tightening one's own mind, when increasing again, it is key to release the suppression of delusion in that natural state. Having made the elaboration of actions, when increasing again, it is key to leave the suppression of delusion alone and let it be. If these are possessed, the clinging to hope and doubt will be destroyed. The six signs of one's own continuum being enriched by the Dharma are: the sign of turning away from desire and enjoyment, the consciousness of demons, and samsara. Whatever is done is transformed into the path, the sign of blessings entering. Wisdom gains mastery, the sign of attaining supreme accomplishment. Not being changed by others, the sign of arising views and intentions. Being happy to meet the lama, the sign of entering devotion. Abandoning this life, the sign of Dharma benefiting. Possessing the six great signs is a supreme person. Showing the need for six kinds of fearlessness is: practicing profound meaning, not fearing the enemy of bad thoughts. Looking at the meaning of mind essence, not fearing the enemy of the eight worldly dharmas. The power of Dharmakaya is perfected,

Do not forget to generate the mind of enlightenment, do not forget falling into lower realms by wandering meaninglessly, possessing these six causes long wandering in samsara. The six instructions of exhortation are the precious wealth of the yogis of the holy ones. Do not delay practice, do not postpone it. Conceptual thoughts that arise are the firewood of wisdom. Do not hold onto focused mind as supreme. Suffering and adverse conditions are the impetus for virtue. Do not grieve and lament, do not lose heart. What appears as the five poisons is the secret path of wisdom. Do not regard enemies and hatred as omens of sin. Various obstacles are the early signs of accomplishment. Do not harbor jealousy, evil thoughts, and hatred. What appears as samsara is the pure land of the victorious ones. Do not cling to the illusion of dualistic grasping as real. Six defilements cause the loss of Dharma-nature: Originally, the nature of reality is vast and boundless, but it is defiled by the arising of desire and attachment. Originally, the nature of reality is beyond words and thoughts, but it is defiled by clinging to extremes of existence and non-existence, and by falsely accusing it. Originally, the nature of mind is non-dual, without arising or ceasing, but it is defiled by generating the concept of clinging to birth and death. Originally, external appearances and the nature of mind are like a mirror of emptiness, but it is defiled by the entry of attachment, aversion, and dualistic grasping, clinging to reality. Originally, the ultimate truth is devoid of the characteristics of elaboration, but it is defiled by clinging to reality and doubting the meaning. Originally, the nature of reality, the all-ground, is impartial and arises from dependent origination, but it is defiled by the habitual tendencies of grasping and apprehending illusion. Abandon the six wrong livelihoods: Pretending and deceiving to seek gain is a wrong livelihood. Using sweet words and deceiving others to seek gain is a wrong livelihood. Being biased and protective to seek gain is a wrong livelihood. Using divination and evil magic to deceive and seek gain is a wrong livelihood. Seeking gain through hearing and contemplation is a wrong livelihood. Using offerings casually is a wrong livelihood. It is good to abandon these by practicing properly. Explaining the six common instructions: Transforming inferior behavior into purity is an instruction. Subduing the mind with the four immeasurables is an instruction. Practicing whatever arises as union is an instruction. Seeking the profound key points of the stages and paths is an instruction. The view of mind itself, liberating from extremes, is an instruction. Impartially hearing, contemplating, and meditating is an instruction. The six instructions for cutting off hope: For the shameless person, cut off hope of keeping vows. For the lazy person, cut off hope of practice. For the person without faith and respect, cut off hope of blessings.
