Cherish relying on profound and skillful methods together. The self-grasping is difficult to break, and the grasping is heavy. Accumulate the two accumulations and strive for virtue. The chronic disease of samsara is difficult to cure for a long time. Always rely on the healing lama. The fire of the five poisons is extremely difficult to extinguish. Rely on the ocean of Bodhicitta. The path accumulated by bad karma is narrow. Climb up the ladder of liberation. The Tripitaka, the three trainings, and the six special dharmas are: The Sravaka Tripitaka follows the sound from the teacher. The Pratyekabuddha realizes himself and arises from dependent origination. The Bodhisattva has infinite wisdom for himself and others. The Sravaka's training is only one-sided and only for himself. The Pratyekabuddha is mediocre and focuses on his own benefit. The Bodhisattva's compassion is definitely arising. The six dharmas of viewing the faults of the world are: Renounce joy when fame is like thunder. Renounce attachment when possessions are like clouds. Renounce hope when elderly relatives are like children. Since home is like a guesthouse, go to the mountains. Since happiness is like a dream, do not grasp it as true. Since you leave having abandoned everything, abandon attachment. If you do like this, you will become more comfortable. The six things that Dharma practitioners must do are: Wherever you are born, you must accomplish the benefit of others. You must cultivate the vast aspiration of Bodhicitta. When you are happy, you must know the blessings of the Dharma. Thinking of the benefits, you must diligently strive. When you are suffering, you must know it is from past karma. Thinking of cause and effect, you must make mind training the essence. When you are sick, you must know how to practice Dharma. When you are not well, you must control your mind. When you are old, you must have a happy mind. When you are young, you must accumulate and train, and strive in work. When you die, you must have completed your tasks. Before you die, you must cut the ties. These appear to be the teachings to be learned from the heart. The six instructions strike the key points: Family is like a market, guests are like a gathering. You don't know when you will leave, so cultivate the ultimate meaning. Relatives are like small birds gathered in a willow tree. You don't know when they will scatter, so cut off emotional attachment. Life is impermanent, like dew on the grass. Increase your efforts in meditation and diligently increase your practice. Speaking too much is like an enemy arising, like a parrot causing confusion. Eliminate useless words and keep silent. Practicing Dharma is like a jeweled island in the ocean.

如同租赁一般,不应随意传播口耳相传的诀窍。交往过久会见到上师的过失,不应与其他人同住一处。这些是至上的肺腑之言,请恭敬谛听。修行人的六种时机是:与具相上师相遇之时,是断除戏论之时,应提问疑惑;恶劣环境与觉性相遇之时,是融合修持之时,应锻炼技能;获得甚深口耳传承诀窍之时,是摧毁错觉之时,应立即运用;以猛烈精进努力修持之时,是障碍生起之时,应观察魔障;修持圆满成就生起之时,因魔障会生起,故应极其谨慎;修习观看实相之义之时,是产生歧途与遮蔽之时,应依止上师。这些是甚深的要点,应铭记于心。如法修持的六种必要之行是:不与行为恶劣之人交往,应依止难以调伏善行的善知识,不应被外境所迷惑,不应因微小的觉性而陷入错乱,不应因强烈的贪嗔而产生偏袒,应根除容易习惯的错觉显现与执着。最终无悔的六法是:具有羞耻心和顾虑心,即使死亡也不会后悔;不做恶业罪行,即使死亡也不会后悔;在佛法方面布施饮食财物,即使死亡也不会后悔;守护清净的三学,即使死亡也不会后悔;恒常精进于善行,即使死亡也不会后悔;自己内心没有愧疚和后悔,即使死亡也不会后悔。务必珍视具备这些品质。具备中等的六种欢喜是:依止三宝,期望从轮回中解脱而欢喜;积累二资粮,比这更快乐而欢喜;守护誓言,空行母迎接而欢喜;本尊在中阴引导道路而欢喜;与至上上师永不分离而欢喜;熟悉心性,光明生起而欢喜。难以逾越的死亡欢喜是甚深教言。上等瑜伽士的六种不死之法是:自明觉性本来没有死亡;自生智慧本来没有死亡;光明法性本来没有死亡;远离我执的觉性本来没有死亡;

Like a lease, one should not freely spread the whispered instructions. If you associate for too long, you will see the faults of the Guru, do not stay in the same dwelling with other people. These are supreme heart-words, listen respectfully. The six times for practitioners are: When meeting qualified Lamas, it is the time to cut off elaboration, ask questions about doubts; when adverse circumstances and awareness meet, it is the time to mix practice, train skills; when profound whispered instructions are found, it is the time to destroy delusion, apply them immediately; when striving with strong diligence in practice, it is the time when obstacles arise, examine the demons; when the accomplishment of practice is perfected and siddhis arise, be extremely careful because demonic obstacles will arise; when training the skill of looking at the meaning of reality, it is the time when straying and obscurations arise, rely on the Lama. These are the profound key points, keep them in mind. The six necessary actions for practicing properly are: do not associate with people who are leaders of bad conduct, rely on spiritual friends who are difficult to train in good conduct, do not be distracted by attractive places, do not go astray because of small-minded awareness, do not be biased due to strong attachment and aversion, cut off the root of habitual delusory appearances and attachments. The six dharmas of ultimate non-regret are: having shame and consideration, even if dying, there is no regret; not doing unwholesome misdeeds, even if dying, there is no regret; giving food and wealth in the direction of Dharma, even if dying, there is no regret; keeping the three trainings pure, even if dying, there is no regret; always striving in virtue, even if dying, there is no regret; one's own mind having no remorse or regret, even if dying, there is no regret. It is important to cherish having these qualities. Having the six medium joys is: relying on the Three Jewels, hoping to be saved from samsara is joyful; accumulating the two accumulations, being happier than this is joyful; keeping vows, being welcomed by dakinis is joyful; the yidam guiding the path in the bardo is joyful; never being separated from the supreme Lama is joyful; becoming familiar with the nature of mind, clear light arising is joyful. The difficult-to-transcend death joy is a profound instruction. The six deathless states of the superior yogi are: self-awareness, the intention is originally without death; self-arisen wisdom is originally without death; clear light, the nature of reality is originally without death; ego-grasping, awareness free from clinging is originally without death;
