Therefore, abide in a state of being free from (dualistic grasping). Not conceptualizing external objects, therefore external objects do not exist; not conceptualizing internal mind, therefore internal objects do not exist, this is being free from the grasper and the grasped. Because there is no affirmation or negation in the mind of meditation, therefore no other dharma is established apart from this, hence it is called the object of focus not being present before the mind. From the wisdom of individual self-awareness without an object of focus, awareness itself arises from within. The *Bodhicharyavatara* states: "When neither things nor non-things, appear before the mind, then, because there is no other aspect, there is perfect peace in the absence of focus." This is the meaning of that. Afterwards, contemplate the appearance that appears like an illusion but whose nature is not established, and dedicate it for the sake of sentient beings who are like illusions. During the breaks between sessions, because there is not even the slightest attachment or clinging to the illusory nature of the appearances of this life, strive to accumulate the accumulation of merit with appearances, such as prostrations, circumambulations, reading sutras, erecting stupas, and offering water. That is, by abiding in the equality of meditative equipoise, the mind that grasps at objects, along with its conceptual proliferation, is pacified. Afterwards, the grasping at the dharma of what is to be meditated upon will also be pacified. As it says in that very text: "By becoming accustomed to the impression of emptiness, the impression of things will be eliminated, and by meditating that nothing exists, even that will be eliminated later." When the consciousness of grasping at the self and objects, which are to be abandoned, is placed in the state of non-arising and pacified, the antidote dharma, which is to be abandoned, also becomes prajnaparamita because the object of focus is pacified, and it does not abide even in the samadhi of abiding in that state. The *Collected Verses* state: "Having destroyed all thoughts, abandoning goes to the other shore." In the post-meditation period, by striving for the two accumulations with appearances, all temporary benefits and ultimate desires will be accomplished. The result, the two kayas of Madhyamaka, is that at the end of the ten bhumis, the afflictions of the cause of samsara, the mind and mental factors, along with their habitual tendencies, are pacified and extinguished in the dharmadhatu, and the sambhogakaya and the sacred dharmakaya are manifested. From the power of the aspirations of sentient beings and the previous prayers of the Buddhas, they appear like reflections of the moon in water to individual beings, and they appear to the noble bodhisattvas of the sambhogakaya. Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, a vase, or a wish-fulfilling tree, activities arise spontaneously. Therefore, the dharmakaya is for one's own benefit, and the form
