Refutation of the assertion of speaking in all directions, called 'Ra drol'. The belief that happiness and suffering are caused by the guru, dakinis, and yidams is also refuted, because they only show the method. Although it is attributed to the fact that if one acts according to one's own method, it becomes capable of doing it, if it is believed that they did it, then it is refuted by this reasoning. The acceptance of substance transformation and general entities as real is also refuted by this alone. We, no matter what phenomena appear, do not establish anything in essence, and because we have no vows of acceptance, we are without fault. As it is said in the 'Refutation of Disputes': 'If I have any vows, then I have this fault. Since I have no vows, I am only without fault.' Thus it is said. Determining the side of the practitioners: Holding Khyungjuk (Vishnu) as a god, speaking of the Vedas as valid, wanting to achieve liberation from the ten vows. However, their liberation is without benefit, so whatever inverted teachings there are, should be abandoned. Holding Khyungjuk as a god and speaking of the Vedas as valid, therefore, those non-Buddhists who take the ten vows and desire liberation have no liberation, because they have entered an inverted path, like going east but stepping west. Here, if we analyze its reasons in detail, those Brahmins who hold the king's divination as the teacher and believe Khyungjuk as a god are internally divided into: the Vedic school, the Brahmin school, the Khyungjuk school, the Practitioner school, and the King's Divination school. They believe the four Vedas as valid and hold the Brahmin caste as supreme, believe Khyungjuk as a god, and believe that liberation is achieved only by practice, because they follow the teacher, the king's divination, hence they are called that. They follow the branches that help the established teachings, the branches that produce sages, the offerings tied to jewel threads, the Bharata garden, and the secret words with leaves, etc., and take the ten vows, namely: the god Khyungjuk, the Vedas as valid, purification by bathing, purification by place, purification by protecting the government, purification by protecting the war, purification by protecting the Dharma, purification by protecting life, things without cause, and not knowing oneself by knowledge. The first is that all things are transformed into the form of Khyungjuk.

From the branch of the sage-producer, this fortunate wealth deity is all-knowing and all-seeing, leading all beings to the heavens, bestowing liberation. The wealth deity abides in the nature of strength, goodness, immortality, etc., is the lord of all, enters into all, and pervades all. Thus it is. The means by which he tames beings are ten: the incarnation of the fish, the turtle, the wild boar, Rama the son of King Dasharatha, Rama the son of the sage Agni, Krishna, the face of a man-lion, the dwarf, Shakyamuni, and at the time when the lifespan is ten years, he transforms into a swan and places all beings from the heavens into liberation, thus emptying samsara. In the meantime, having transformed into a wild boar, he lifts up all the worlds, and all beings are already liberated and abandoned, because he carries the burden of great compassion, he is therefore greatly kind. The vow also comes from the secret words of the leafy vine: fish, turtle, wild boar, the two Ramas and Krishna, man-lion, dwarf, and the Buddha with the swan, these are the ten. Thus it is. The Pervader is thus incarnated, becoming the lord of all, the first door of entry. In the Peaceful Tantra of the Pervader it says: I am both the giver and the enjoyer, I am both food and the lord of beings, I, from the body of a Brahmin, enjoy and give. Those who serve other gods, who are faithful and diligent, those ones, son of Kunti, serve me by going ahead with deeds. Thus it appears. The Vedic measure: the four great treatises of the Vedas are: sacrifice, history, secret words, and the Veda of protecting the kingdom. Furthermore, sacrifice, poetry, protecting the kingdom, and definitive speech are considered to be the four beneficial Vedas. Among these, sacrifice is offering to the gods and giving to sentient beings. Peaceful sacrifice is performed through non-killing, while violent sacrifice is performed through killing livestock, etc., and is considered to be the difference in achieving liberation and temporary happiness. Those slaughtered animals are led to heaven by the gods, and therefore it is considered beneficial to them and without sin, because they are placed between the lower realms and heaven. In the secret words it says: Whatever harm the Veda shows, in other treatises
