The meaning of non-perversion, the meaning of being free from happiness and suffering, the meaning of not being free from feeling, and the meaning of being free from feeling. The meaning of the bases of terms is the object to which terms are applied, and whatever is to be measured as meaning. Terms are established as measurers. For example, when the direct perception of eye consciousness grasps form, the self-character of the external object, such as the color, smell, size, etc. of an উৎপལ་(梵文,utpala,English: blue lotus), appears as the object. This meaning is the basis of terms. And the direct perception of eye consciousness that is determined to be an উৎপལ་(梵文,utpala,English: blue lotus) is called a term. Furthermore, there are said to be six kinds of expertise, nine kinds of scriptural objects, eight kinds of retinue objects, and so on. There are six kinds of things to be expert in, namely, one should be expert in the aggregates, elements, sources, dependent origination, places and non-places, and faculties. There are five aggregates, namely, the aggregates of form, feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness. There are six elements, namely, the elements of earth, water, fire, wind, space, and consciousness. There are twelve sources, namely, starting from the source of the eye, there are the ear, nose, tongue, body, mind, form, sound, smell, taste, touch, and dharma sources. There are twelve links of dependent origination, namely, ignorance, formation, consciousness, name and form, the six sources, contact, feeling, craving, grasping, existence, birth, and old age and death. Places and non-places refer to samsara and its path, all of which are included in the result of the origin, the truth of suffering, and are to be abandoned, hence they are non-places. Nirvana, the truth of cessation, is peaceful, and its cause, the path, together with the aspect of truth, are all antidotes to be adopted, hence they are called places. Faculties are divided into two types: noble ones and ordinary beings. Among them, the physical faculties are the five faculties of eye, ear, nose, tongue, and body. The non-physical faculty is considered to be separated from the mind. There are also the faculties of faith, diligence, mindfulness, concentration, and wisdom. The liberated noble faculties also have faculties in the remaining basis.

Five with form, five without form, and eleven powers of liberation. In the state of no remainder, those with form do not exist, but those without form are attained and remain without diminishing. In another way, among the twenty-two categories of faculties, the method of calculating the ways of possessing them is established by the Hearers' school. If one enjoys elaboration, one should examine it in their treatises. Among the nine objects of the Buddha's teachings, the object of sentient beings is the five aggregates of grasping, such as form. The object of enjoyment is the twelve sources. The object of birth is the twelve links of dependent origination in accordance. The object of abiding is the four kinds of food. The objects of universal affliction and complete purification are the four noble truths: suffering, origin, cessation, and path. The object of variety is the immeasurable realms. The object of the teacher is the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Hearers. The object to be taught is the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, such as the four mindfulnesses. What are they? They are the four mindfulnesses, the four right exertions, the four legs of miraculous power, the five faculties, the five powers, the seven branches of enlightenment, and the eightfold noble path. Among these, the four mindfulnesses are: mindfulness of body, mindfulness of feeling, mindfulness of mind, and mindfulness of phenomena. The four right exertions are: to generate aspiration, to strive, to endeavor, to be diligent in order not to generate unwholesome states that have not yet arisen, to abandon those that have arisen, to generate wholesome states that have not yet arisen, and to increase those that have arisen. There are four aspects of focusing the mind. The four legs of miraculous power are: the leg of aspiration, the leg of effort, the leg of mind, and the leg of investigation. The five faculties are: the faculty of faith, the faculty of effort, the faculty of mindfulness, the faculty of concentration, and the faculty of wisdom. The five powers are the five aspects of faith and so on. The seven branches of enlightenment are: the branch of mindfulness, the branch of discrimination of phenomena, the branch of effort, the branch of tranquility, the branch of concentration, the branch of joy, and the branch of equanimity. The eight
