The meanings of the noble meaning are no different from one's own demons. Therefore, one thing and many are deluded by the mind. Thus it is said. In the Mother Sutra, it is said: No dharma ever travels together with any dharma, because it is empty by nature. That which is not liberated by knowledge, knowing the six meanings is not a means of liberation, because it is not the suchness of the knowable, like the chief (Ishvara). Nagarjuna said: With wrong views, suffering is not overcome, thus the Tathagata himself said. Thus it is said. In the Commentary on Valid Cognition, it is said: The mind of suffering and perverted thoughts, and craving, are the cause of all bondage. Whoever does not have that, birth will not arise for him. Thus it is said. If so, in the Treatise on Discriminating Wisdom, it is said: By whom is listening with faith, the merit of the joy of heaven, and by whom is nirvana attained, the seed of wisdom abides. Thus, if you also enter with faith, you desire to obtain the result in any case, do you not? This is due to faith in the path that is not deviated, but if you have faith in the deviated path, then as faith leads, you will fall further and further, just as if the road is deviated, every step is wrong. In the Commentary on the Root Downfalls, it is said: Whatever black deeds are done, white results do not arise from them, just as from the seed of a rotten tree, a firm sprout does not arise. Thus it is said. By this reasoning, those who boast within their own sect, saying that blessings arise if one has faith in anything, and that one will ultimately be liberated, are refuted. The assertion that happiness and suffering are caused by the guru, dakini, and yidam is also refuted. They show the means, but if one acts according to one's own means, then they are said to become capable of doing it, but if they do it, then this reasoning refutes it. The assertion that substances are different and that the general is real is also refuted by this alone. We, no matter what appears, do not establish anything in reality, and because we have no vows of commitment, we are without fault. In the Refutation of Disputes, it is said: If I have any commitments, then I have this fault. Because I have no commitments, I am without fault. Thus it is said. Establishing the tenets of the followers of conduct: They assert that Vishnu is God and the Vedas are valid. They desire to prove liberation from the ten vows. But that also has no benefit of liberation.

Those inverted tenets should be abandoned. Because they hold the pervading deity as God and say that the Vedas are a reliable measure, promising to accept ten vows, those heretics who desire liberation have no liberation, because they have entered the inverted path of tenets, just like walking east but going west, thus abandoning their steps. Here, to elaborate on their types: Brahmins hold the king's divination as the teacher, and those who consider the pervading deity as God are internally divided into: Vedic scholars, Brahmin scholars, pervading deity scholars, conduct scholars, and king's divination scholars, totaling five. They consider the four Vedas as a reliable measure, and regard the Brahmin caste as supreme, hold the pervading deity as God, desire liberation merely through conduct, and follow the teacher king's divination, hence they are called as such. They follow the branches that are beneficial for speculating on the established tenets, and the branches created by sages, and the sacrifices strung with gem threads, and the gardens of Bharata, and the secret words with leaves, etc., thereby promising to accept ten vows, namely: the god pervading deity, the Vedas are a measure, purification by bathing, purification by place, purification by protecting the government, purification by protecting war, purification by protecting Dharma, purification by protecting life, things are without cause, and not recognizing oneself with knowledge. The first is that all things are transformations of the form of the pervading deity, as it is said in the branch created by sages: The fortunate wealth god, he is all-knowing and all-seeing, guides all beings as gods, and bestows liberation, the wealth god possesses the nature of power, beauty, immortality, etc., is the self-nature of all things, enters into all and pervades all. He engages in taming beings by manifesting in ten forms, namely: the incarnation of the fish, the tortoise, the wild boar, Rama the son of King Dasharatha, Rama the son of the sage Agni, Krishna, the face of the man-lion, the dwarf, Shakyamuni, and at the time when the life span is ten years, he transforms into a swan, leading all beings from the heavens to liberation, thereby emptying the cycle of existence. In the meantime, he transforms into a wild boar, lifting all the worlds, and because he has already liberated and abandoned everything, he carries the burden of great compassion, therefore he is worthy of gratitude.
