དུ་གྲགས་ཏེ། དེ་ཡང་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་ནས་ཡི་གེ་དྲུག་པའི་རིགས་སྔགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་མོ་འདི་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །གང་ལ་ལ་ཞིག་གིས་ཡི་གེ་དྲུག་པ་འདི་ལན་ཅིག་བཟུང་ན། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ན་བཟའ་དང་། བཤོས་དང་། བཏུང་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཡོ་བྱད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་བསྙེན་བཀུར་བྱས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མདོ་སྡེ་ཟ་མ་ཏོག་བཀོད་པ་འདིའི་མིང་ཐོས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་གི་སྔོན་གྱི་ལས་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཟད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གང་ དག་ཞེ་སྡང་གིས་སྡིག་སྤྱོད་པའི་ལས་བྱས་པ་དང་། ཕ་རོལ་གྱི་བུད་མེད་ལ་ཆགས་ནས་ལོག་པར་སྤྱད་པ་དང་། དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་དཀོར་ལ་མ་བྱིན་པར་བླངས་པ་དང་། ཕ་དང་མ་དང་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་བསད་པ་དང་། མཆོད་རྟེན་དང་གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་བཤིག་པ་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྐུ་ལ་ངན་སེམས་ཀྱིས་ཁྲག་ཕྱུང་བ་དང་། མཚམས་མེད་པའི་ལས་ཀྱི་སྡིག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་། ཟ་མ་ཏོག་བཀོད་པའི་ཡི་གེ་དྲུག་པ་འདིས་དག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །མདོ་སྡེ་འདི་ནི་མེ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་འདྲ་སྟེ། སྡིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྲེག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཆུ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་འདྲ་སྟེ་སྡིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་འཁྲུ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །རླུང་ཆེན་པོ་དང་འདྲ་སྟེ་སྡིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་གཏོར་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །མདོ་སྡེ་ཟ་མ་ཏོག་བཀོད་པ་འདི་ཐོས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་ནི། ནུབ་ཕྱོགས་བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང་ཁམས་སུ་པདྨ་ལ་བརྫུས་ཏེ་སྐྱེས་ནས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་ལ་ཆོས་ཉན་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གིས་མནར་མེད་པའི་གནས་སུ་བྱོན་ཏེ། རིག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་མོ་ཡི་གེ་དྲུག་པའི་སྒྲ་བརྗོད་པས། དེ་ཐོས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་འབུམ་ཕྲག་གཅིག་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལས་གྲོལ་ཏེ། སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གསུམ་པའི་ལྷར་སྐྱེས་ནས་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པའི་ས་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཡི་དྭགས་ཀྱི་གནས་སུ་བྱོན་ནས་རིག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་མོ་ཡི་གེ་དྲུག་པའི་ སྒྲ་བསྒྲགས་པས། ཡི་དྭགས་གངྒཱའི་ཀླུང་གི་བྱེ་མའི་གྲངས་དང་མཉམ་པ་ཚེ་འཕོས་ནས་བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང་དུ་སྐྱེས་ཏེ། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་འདོད་པ་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱིན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་འབའ་ཞིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་ནས་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཡང་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་འཁོར་མོ་འཇིག་ཏུ་བྱོན་ནས་བཤང་གཅིའི་འདམ་རྫབ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཁྲོད་ན་སྲིན་བུའི་རིགས་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་དུ་མ་གནས་པའི་དྲུང་དུ་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གིས་བུང་བའི་གཟུགས་སུ་སྤྲུལ

即是说，合掌并向这六字明咒之母顶礼。无论何人，若持诵此六字明咒一遍，则等同于以衣服、饮食、饮品等一切资具供养诸佛。仅听闻此《宝箧经》之名，便能使众生往昔之业障悉皆消尽。若有众生因嗔恨而造作恶业，贪恋他人之妻而行邪淫，盗取僧众财物，杀害父母及阿罗汉，毁坏佛塔及寺庙，以恶念于如来之身出血，以及所有无间罪之大恶业，亦能以此《宝箧经》之六字明咒得以清净。此经如大火，能焚烧一切罪业；如大水，能洗涤一切罪业；如大风，能摧毁一切罪业。听闻此《宝箧经》之众生，将于西方极乐世界之莲花中化生，并于彼听闻如来应供正等觉无量光佛说法。其后，菩萨观世音自在前往无间地狱，诵持明咒之母六字明咒之声，闻此声者，百万地狱众生解脱痛苦，转生三十三天，获得不退转地。又至饿鬼之处，宣说明咒之母六字明咒之声，如恒河沙数之饿鬼众生，命终之后往生极乐世界，成为名为“普施”之菩萨，获得不退转地。又至城市轮回毁灭处，于大小便淤泥之中，无数百千虫类众生之处，圣观世音自在化现为蜜蜂之身。
English
That is to say, with palms joined, one should prostrate to this queen of the six-syllable mantra. Whosoever recites this six-syllable mantra even once, it is equivalent to making offerings to all the Tathagatas with all necessities such as clothing, food, and drink. Merely hearing the name of this Sutra, the Arrangement of the Jewel Casket, will cause all the past karmic obscurations of those sentient beings to be exhausted. If there are beings who have committed evil deeds out of hatred, engaged in adultery out of attachment to another's wife, stolen the property of the Sangha, killed their parents and Arhats, destroyed stupas and temples, drawn blood from the body of the Tathagata with evil intentions, and all the great evil deeds of the five heinous crimes, they can also be purified by this six-syllable mantra of the Arrangement of the Jewel Casket. This sutra is like a great fire, burning all sins; like a great river, washing away all sins; like a great wind, destroying all sins. Those sentient beings who hear this Sutra, the Arrangement of the Jewel Casket, will be born by transformation in a lotus in the Western Pure Land of Sukhavati, and there they will listen to the Dharma from the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened Buddha Amitabha. Then, the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara went to the place of Avici Hell and uttered the sound of the queen of mantras, the six-syllable mantra. Upon hearing this, one hundred thousand hell beings were liberated from suffering, reborn in the Heaven of the Thirty-Three, and attained the stage of non-retrogression. Again, going to the realm of the Pretas, he proclaimed the sound of the queen of mantras, the six-syllable mantra. Pretas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, after their lives ended, were born in the Pure Land of Sukhavati, became Bodhisattvas named 'Universal Giver,' and attained the state of non-retrogression. Again, going to the city of Cyclic Destruction, in the midst of the great mire of urine and feces, where hundreds of thousands of kinds of insects dwell, the Noble Avalokiteśvara transformed himself into the form of a bee.
