Then, having received the Dharma from India, and arriving in Tibet, he preached the Dharma to the king and ministers. At that time, the scholars, the Panditas of India, and the Dharma-protecting kings of India did not get along well with each other. The Panditas thought: "Let the king destroy India, and then transmit the oral instruction Dharma to the Tibetan king." The king thought: "Let the Panditas destroy India, and then transmit it to the Tibetan monks." There, concerning the teachings of Atiyoga, including the tantras and oral instructions, those unparalleled and inconceivable teachings resided in the minds of the Panditas, but due to the king's confinement, they could not be spoken, and were only kept in their minds for a long time. What was commonly known to both the Panditas and the king, the eighteen sections of the Mind Section were combined into one, and the sixty tantras, along with the oral instructions, it is said that the king moved the treasure and hid it in Vajrasana (Bodh Gaya). It is also said that the king moved the treasure and hid it in Vajrasana (Bodh Gaya). It is also said that it was hidden on Vulture Peak Mountain. It is also said that it was hidden in the cave of the Asuras. The king disposed of all the original texts, leaving no trace, like a jewel falling into the throat of a crocodile, and was hidden as a treasure at the end of the kalpa. Furthermore, in the Testament of Padma, it is said: "The Sanskrit scriptures of secret mantra, which were kept in the temple of Shri Nalanda, were taken by the magical power of Master Padmasambhava, and all the Sanskrit scriptures, without remaining in India, arrived in Tibet and were kept in the White Book Treasury of Samye." Also, in the biography of Jowo Je, it is said: "Due to the kindness of Master Padmasambhava, the second Vajradhara, many secret teachings of the Dakinis, which were not widely known even in India, were translated into Tibetan and are clearly kept in the White Book Treasury of Samye." In particular, the answer to the refutation of the profound tantra, the Guhyagarbha Tantra, is: "If it is said that these tantras do not have Sanskrit, so they are Tibetan, then the necessity of speaking Tibetan without speaking Sanskrit is: some translators endured the difficulty of traveling to India, and bestowed kindness on the Tibetan people, or because the source of the teachings is India, in order to make the source reliable, both Sanskrit and Tibetan were spoken at the same time." Regarding this tantra, the Pandit Vimalamitra came to Tibet, and the translator

For the great master Ma Rinchen, there is no need to exert effort, nor is there a fondness for verbose language. Because even speaking in two languages does not reveal other meanings, Chinese was not added. In order to quickly grasp the meaning, Tibetan was written. This does not mean that it has become Tibetanized. If that were the case, such as the Sutra Requested by the Daughter Good Intellect, etc., in the Sutra Pitaka and the Ratnakuta, there are many instances where only Tibetan is spoken. Furthermore, some who enjoy verbosity have also included much Chinese in some Tibetan compositions. This does not mean that it has become Indianized. Some also say that this Guhyagarbha Tantra has four inverted faults. In other tantras, there is the phrase "Thus have I heard," but here, the phrase "Thus have I spoken" appears, which is an inverted basis. Other tantras have the three times of past, present, and future, but here, four times appear, which is an inverted time. The lord of the tantra is Samantabhadra, but the main deity of the mandala has become Vajrasattva, which is an inverted mandala. The days and numbers for accomplishment are spoken as mentioned in the tantra. Thus, they criticize, saying that the tantra is wrong. Regarding this situation, concerning the many faults of the inverted basis at this time, Gelongchen Sarapa said: Like a beggar and a hunting dog, the words are not consistent, but the meaning is consistent. Just as begging by relying on a live bird and begging by relying on the skin of a dead dog, although the temporary object of reliance and the words spoken are not consistent, the meaning of begging is consistent. The two words "heard" and "spoken" are not consistent. The Buddha speaks to the retinue, and the retinue hears from the Buddha. The meaning of "heard" and "spoken" is consistent. Madati Chokyak said: "Heard" is the language of the retinue, accompanied by non-understanding, misinterpretation, and doubt. "Spoken" is the language of the Buddha, free from non-understanding, misinterpretation, and doubt. Therefore, this tantra is more excellent than other tantras. Lhaje Drophukpa said: This is the difference in the teachings of the two kayas. Because the sambhogakaya does not speak words, it cannot be heard by the ears, therefore it is "spoken." The nirmanakaya speaks words, which can be heard by the ears, therefore it is "heard." Understanding the explanation without inversion is like a statement, and it is spoken to the retinue.
