It is said that at that time, a prince was born with a high protuberance on his head and ears like those of a bee. The king said, "I don't know if this is a bad omen or a good omen, so don't tell the people outside." But one minister wanted to tell, and because he couldn't, he felt uncomfortable, like a stick stuck in his throat. Because he couldn't tell, he felt uncomfortable, like a stick stuck in his throat, so he put his mouth to a hole in a mouse's burrow and said, "Our king has a prince with a high protuberance on his head and ears like those of a bee." As a result, everyone heard it, causing a commotion. Therefore, he was also known as "the biography of speaking in a mouse hole." His name was Lha Thotho Ri Gnyan Tsen. During that king's reign, due to the blessings of the Sugata, he saw Spang Kong Phyag Gya Pa and a five-tiered golden stupa wrapped in five-colored silk appearing on the top of the palace. He was very happy, but he did not know whether it was Dharma or Bon. He thought it was a miracle, so he named it "Nyenpo Sangwai Yang (gnyan po gsang ba'i dbyangs)" and made offerings and prayers. As a result, the king lived a long life, the people were prosperous, and the politics and power developed. That is what is said. Some say that other things were like that, but in the history of the origin of the Dharma, *Sum Zur Bzhi Stengs Nyingpa*, it is recorded that during that king's reign, Tho Kar and the translator of Li invited the Han Chinese Khenpo Li Jin to come, and although he taught the Dharma to the king, because Tibet had no writing, it was impossible to learn and propagate it. Therefore, as a representation of the body, a set of images of the Five Buddhas was made; as a representation of speech, Spang Kong and the Ushnishavijaya (gtsug tor dri med) were made; as a representation of mind, a five-tiered golden stupa was made. The Khenpo said, "Put the handprints of the Five Buddhas on this and make offerings." After that, the Khenpo returned to Han China. It is said that in Han China, a large number of scriptures such as the *Mahaprajnaparamita Sutra (phal chen)*, *Commentaries (dgongs 'grel)*, and *Dzogchen (rdzogs chen)* were translated and propagated. The Tibetan king's politics and power developed due to the blessings of offering and praying to the stupa of the Three Jewels. The king also had two bodies in one lifetime. The Dharma came from India, and the Heshang came from Han China, thus laying the foundation.

It is said that it happened that way. Before that, the political power was held by the Bon religion. It was prophesied in a dream that after five generations, someone would understand this matter. His son was Tri-Nyan Zungtsen, his son was Drong-Nyan Lhe Ru, and his son was Takri Nyenzig, who was born blind and was enthroned. By offering to Nyenpo Sangwa, his eyes were opened. Because he saw the Nyen walking on Takri, the name became famous that way. In between, it describes how the sacred Dharma was established. His son was Namri Songtsen, and the son of his consort Tsepongza Driza Thokar, possessed excellent marks. On his head was a seated Amitabha (Tibetan: ཨ་མི་ཏཱ་བྷ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमिताभ, Sanskrit Romanization: Amitābha, Chinese literal meaning: Immeasurable Light) or Infinite Light (Tibetan: འོད་དཔག་མེད་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अनन्तद्युति, Sanskrit Romanization: Anantaduti, Chinese literal meaning: Boundless Light), and he was born in the Fire Female Ox year and named Tri-De Songtsen. The Infinite Light on his head was wrapped with a gag silk cloth, and at the age of thirteen, he was enthroned. All the small kingdoms on the borders were brought under his control, and they offered tribute and read letters of state. At that time, Tibet had no script, so he sent Thonmi Sambhota, the son of Thonmi Anu, the Tibetan sage, and about sixteen others, including Taklo Dhetrong, to study writing. They went to Mangyul and learned phonetics and writing from the writing teacher Li Jin Kara. He transcribed the fifty letters of India into the thirty letters of the Tibetan script, composed the book called "The Kaka Teachings," as well as the "Thirty Verses" and the "Entrance to Grammar," perfected the combinations of phonetics, and established monasteries for reading and writing. The Chinese translator Khache Amogha translated the phonetics into Tibetan, and translated the "Heap of Jewels Sutra," the "Lankavatara Sutra," the "Golden Light Sutra," the "Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Dharani," the "White Lotus Sutra," the "Adornment of the Heap of Jewels King," and the "Five Dharanis." Furthermore, he established laws based on the ten virtues, especially the four root precepts of the Pratimoksha, and established the system of observing the eight-branch fasting vows. In this way, he perfected the laws and religion, bringing happiness. His name was also known as Songtsen Gampo. During the reign of that emanation king, the Eleven-Faced Avalokiteshvara, which arose naturally from the heartwood of sandalwood snakes, was invited from southern India. Thonmi Sambhota and the minister Gar Tongtsen Yulsung brought the daughter of King Light Armor, Tri-Nyer Chen, from Nepal.
