It was determined in the form of an oath. No Han soldiers shall be conscripted above Gongbu Da, and no Tibetan soldiers shall be conscripted below. This is the border between Han and Tibet. The gods, nagas, and Gnyan-po are witnesses. There are three written documents about the agreement between the uncle and nephew (referring to the Tang emperor and the Tubo Zanpu), which are inscribed on stone tablets in Trashis Khri-sgo, Lhasa's Lha-khang, and Gongbu Marpo. The Zanpu offered to the monks in a small worship place, and the politics were in harmony with the Dharma. The power was dedicated to the Sangha, so those who liked the black subjects were all frustrated, and stealing was impossible, and behavior was very cautious. In front of the monarch, in order to complete what the Shanglun (officials in charge of politics) needed to do, the opportunity to speak was strictly limited. So someone suggested: Why do you bow down to the monks so happily? Questions like these. In response, the Zanpu summoned all the monastic and lay Tibetans and praised the merits of the renunciants. The Shangluns were given courtesy and condolences. Strict regulations were made for the nine-tiered lotus seat and cushions with various patterns. Lhasa, Samye Monastery, and Kar-chung, all the buildings that the ancestors had vowed to build were completed. All the damaged places were also repaired. People who liked the black subjects all talked about it, saying, what are we doing this for? So, demons entered the hearts of the ministers, saying that this was because the Zanpu had handed over political power to the monks and the people. Behavior became rude. Therefore, they were severely reprimanded. Those people said it was the fault of those guys, and they pointed fingers. The king said: You are pointing fingers at my renunciants, which is openly exposing my faults, and should be punished according to the law. The act of openly exposing faults should be punished according to the law. So the finger was cut off. From now on, if anyone dares to point a finger at my renunciants, cut off his finger. Some people also said that it was the fault of those who behaved badly, and whispered. The king said: Those who dare to whisper about my renunciants, cut off their lips. Similarly, for those who squint, gouge out their eyes. For those who steal the property of monks, the Dharma such as the Eighty Root Downfalls was established. Therefore, the Shangluns who liked the black subjects discussed and secretly decided to abolish the Dharma.

It was said that if "Po" was not killed, the religious laws would not perish. Prince (or Divine Son) "Spugs" said it was acceptable. Also, a great scholar, being very powerful due to his mastery of Dharma, claimed that the religious laws would not be destroyed. Someone slandered him, saying that the great scholar "Palgyi Yonten" and his words were arrogant, so they requested to punish him. The great scholar tried to defend himself with iron hooks, but failed and was defeated by a powerful wise man. Spa Gyal Tore killed the great scholar "Palgyi Yonten." Due to his curse, various misfortunes occurred in Tibet. The queen was subjected to nose mutilation. Prince "Tsangma" became a monk and went to Paro Mon with the Great Perfection teachings. The fortune of Tibet declined, and demons ran rampant. The Tsenpo (Tibetan King), at the age of thirty-six, in the Iron Bird year (Tibetan calendar), was betrayed and killed by Spa Gyal Tore and Chogro Leg Trak Dongtsen. About Tri Darma Udumtsen: After that, when Tsenpo Langdarma Udumtsen was nine years old, he handed over the government to him. Teurang Wanggyal Tore was appointed as an inner minister. Ministers Nanam Gyal Tsetri and others did many things that violated religious laws. The work of translating Buddhist scriptures by translators was interrupted, and the consecration ceremony at Ushangdo (place name) was not completed. Later, the Tsenpo gradually grew up, and his mind was possessed by evil spirits. He wanted to destroy the religious laws but could not find an excuse. At that time, many disasters occurred in Lhasa, such as hail, frost, famine, plague, and diseases of humans and livestock. The Tsenpo used this as an excuse and asked all the people: Such an ominous sign has occurred, what is the reason? The people said they did not know. The Tsenpo said: I know. It is a Yaksha woman named Gyalmo Ongcho who invited an inauspicious god named Shakyamuni He first came to the top of Mount Sumeru, defeated the gods, and destroyed the deities. Then he came to Uddiyana, destroying the wealth of Uddiyana. Then he came to Magadha, destroying India. Then he came to China, destroying China. Then he came to Tibet. Because she was skilled in geomancy, she surveyed the land and placed fire offerings for twenty-one stupas on the twenty-one ridges of Mount Sege, which was as towering as a white iron mountain reaching into the sky.
