Padma's translator Nub Namkhai Nyingpo and others translated many tantric sadhana practices of the Eight Teachings, their tantras, and methods. Vimalamitra's translator Nyak Jñānakumāra translated many outer and inner tantric teachings. In its catalog, first, the number of syllables in a shloka and the measurement of a bampos (volumes) are shown: Seven syllables and four lines make one shloka. Three hundred shlokas are the measure of one bampo. The sizes of the bampos vary because the number of syllables differs, or some syllables are difficult to count, so the number of bampos is calculated based on the number of pages, which may cause slight errors. It exists separately. This very extensive sutra, called the Avatamsaka Sutra, was later included in the collection of Dharanis, and it appears as such. Since it is not a Dharani, it is categorized under the major divisions. This sutra was initially spoken in the Magadha Differentiation Teaching Monastery, and in the second week after the ten-bhumi bodhisattva attained enlightenment. It was also spoken in the realm of the Other-Controlled Emanating Deva King, and when Wealthy Goodness served the lama while residing in Shravasti, and when it was spoken in the palace of King Ratnakara Dharma, and so on. Although there are many sutras, when the ancient versions were damaged, whatever was found was written down, so there are many gaps in between, and there is the saying, "As much as was found is complete," which is the meaning of "whatever was found." The Noble Jewel Heap Sutra has one hundred thousand categories of Dharma. The forty-ninth chapter teaches the three vows, with four and a half fascicles and ten shlokas.
