Also, the great treatise on Yoga, consisting of three hundred fascicles, was not translated. Its four great tantra divisions are: the root tantra *Tata Sangraha*, the *Pashakara Vajrasekhara Tantra*, the *Shri Padmaraga Great Glorious First Tantra*, and the *Samunjaya Condensed Realization Tantra*. These outer secret mantra tantras were translated by the teacher Bodhisattva and the translator Skawa PalTsek. The original texts are kept in the Samye Monastery library. The translator Nyang Tingdzin Zangpo translated the Kriya tantras and commentaries in the following manner. The second phase was after inviting the teachers Dhanaskrita and Shantigarbha. At that time, the translator Nyang Tingdzin Zangpo translated the Kriya tantras along with their commentaries, the essential aspects of body, speech, and mind, and the Yamari sadhana. Teacher Sangye Sangwa translated many outer and inner secret teachings. The third phase is the teachings given by Teacher Sangye Sangwa when he went to Mount Kailash. Regarding his biography: He was from a great royal family in western India. Once, a great king had a son. The king thought, "There is no one in this world suitable to be my son's teacher, so I will have him practice the noble Manjushri, the lord of wisdom, and ask him to be his teacher." So, he offered a one-cubit-high statue as a representation of body, a lotus flower as a representation of speech, and a handful of milk as a representation of mind. The king entered Manjushri's meditation chamber and had him practice. Because the king had great merit and was of royal lineage, it was accomplished in six days. The statue showed a smiling and even laughing face. The lotus flower also appeared as if it had just grown. The milk was also about to turn into fertilizer. The prince thought, "Manjushri has been accomplished, so what siddhi should I seek?" While he was hesitating, the deity turned into a demon named Black Obsidian. It transformed into a large black bird, dipped its wings in water, and dragged them on the ground. It struck the teacher's cheek, causing him to faint. When he woke up and looked, the statue had turned black, the lotus flower had become old, and the milk had also
