Oṃ! The transmission of vidyādharas is twofold: transmission to non-humans, and transmission to both humans and non-humans. Firstly, for twenty-eight years after the passing of Śākyamuni Buddha, it was transmitted by the three lords of the family. It is said that Mañjuśrī taught the view, Avalokiteśvara taught the practice, and Vajrapāṇi taught the conduct. However, the meaning of the three—view, conduct, and practice—of secret mantra, was taught by the one who possessed the beautiful form of Mañjuśrī Kumārabhūta, in accordance with the bodies and minds of the gods. Mañjuśrī Vajratīkṣṇa taught the gods Grakden Chokyong. He taught Ratna Obarwa. He taught the lord of beings, Brahmā. He taught Brahmā Kundrol. He taught Brahmā Tsukphudzin. He taught Indra Śatakratu. He taught the gods, the vidyādharas, the Tsombu Bumpade. Thus, the lineage of the gods was replenished. Avalokiteśvara, who possessed the form of amṛta medicine, in accordance with the bodies and minds of the malicious nāgas, taught the nāga king Gṛha Black. He taught the nāginī Khadulma. She taught the nāga Yidong Gawa. He taught Jokpo. She taught the nāginī Dul Tsangma. She taught the nāga Tsombu Bumpade. Thus, the nāgas also became as before. Vajrapāṇi, who possessed the form of terrifying wrath, in accordance with the bodies and minds of the yakṣas, taught the yakṣa Grakden Chokyong. He taught the yakṣa Kuntuzangpo. He taught the yakṣa Lagna Dorje. He taught the yakṣa Karmada Dong. He taught the yakṣa Tsombu Bumpade. Thus, the yakṣas also became as before. The transmission to both humans and non-humans is as follows: The Lord of Secrets, Vajrapāṇi, to the gods Grakden Chokyong. He to the nāga king Jokpo. The yakṣa Karmada Dong. The rākṣasa Laṅkā Ten Necks. And to the fortunate Li Tsabyi, known as Drima Mepa, among humans, and to the assembled retinue of vidyādharas, he taught and transmitted it on the summit of Mount Malaya. The transmission through individuals' ears is as follows: Twenty-eight years after the passing of Śākyamuni Buddha, in the land of Zahor in the east, a king named Dza appeared. While he was practicing in the secret cave of the Asuras, seven dream signs appeared, and a rain of texts and books actually fell. Vajrapāṇi

Thus spoke the Vajra. Therein, Mount Rimala is the place where all Buddhas teach the secret mantra. That mountain is very auspicious and blessed, with various appearances: Some see it as composed of various precious jewels, some see it as a very steep and towering rocky mountain, and some see it as a burning meteorite that nothing can penetrate. To the southeast of that mountain, there is a cave called "Trishi Asura's" rock cave. The precious cave has eight corners, with strange natural patterns on the walls, and the white rock on the walls resembles a dog's posture. The castle has three floors, with a nest of Kalandaka birds on top, from which the sound of all dharmas merging into a single bindu emanates. At the root, there is a naturally emerging nectar spring, and in front of it, there is a blanket of flowers. The branches of the tree extend in four directions, as if protecting from the enemies of the four seasons. All the flowers and fruits of that tree have become medicine, and eating them can cure various diseases. In such a pleasant place, those who are endowed with karma and merit can enter, while those who are not endowed with karma and merit cannot enter. In such a room, the fortunate King Dza is practicing the outer tantra. He sometimes dreams every seven days, and sometimes dreams once a day. The first dream is: The secret lord Vajrapani descended into the sky in front, and from his body emanated light, purifying the conceptual thoughts and obscurations of all those to be tamed. From his speech emanated the sound of teachings and vehicles, making it audible to all those to be tamed. From his heart emerged a blazing vajra, which dissolved into the king's heart. From the crown of his head emerged the sun, which dissolved into the king's crown. This is also the meaning of "body, speech, mind, and symbol dissolving" as stated in the commentary on the Gongdü, the Prophecy Vajra. The second dream is: All the Sugatas of the three times ride on the sun and moon, holding a golden wheel with a thousand spokes in their hands, and turn the wheel of Dharma for all sentient beings. This is also the meaning of "conducting Dharma debates." The third dream is: Golden clouds formed in the sky, and the manifested world...
