E! Just like there is no gap, all the boundless skies of the ten directions are completely filled with worlds. For example, some rains begin to fall, some fall from the sky. Some worlds begin to form, some exist after forming, some are destroyed, and some are empty, without interruption. In some of those worlds, there are Buddhas residing, which are eons of light, and in some, there are no Buddhas residing, which are eons of darkness. In particular, if we consider the way this world is formed, the Enjoyment Body, the Tathagata Vairochana, in the Snowy Mountain Sea, in the posture of the Samadhi Mudra, on the stamen of a lotus, there is a precious jewel, in which there are twenty-five layers of the three thousand great thousand worlds. Twelve layers are above, twelve layers are below, and the thirteenth layer in the middle is called the Sahā World. This world is called the Sahā World. Why is it called the Sahā World? Because the beings born here have unbearable afflictions in their minds, or these afflictions are difficult to distinguish with antidotes, so it is called "Unendurable." Those worlds, like a wide field where summer flowers bloom, the petals, flowers, and stamens grow in a way that they compete with each other, existing without recognizing each other. The form or way of existence of those worlds is such that, except for seeing with the pure eyes of a Buddha, ordinary beings like me, with low intelligence and the concept of seeing the world as eternal, can only describe it with words, but cannot know, realize, or see it. As it is said in the Extensive Mother Sutra: "Subhuti, even I observe the worlds with the pure and unimpeded Buddha eyes of the Buddha." Furthermore, especially in terms of the formation of this world, in this empty space, initially, due to the common karma of sentient beings, gentle breezes rise from the four directions, and as time passes, they gradually condense, forming the wind mandala.

It became huge. Its depth is one million and six hundred thousand yojanas. Its width is one countless, which is composed of sixty other counting units. Above it, a ground of water and gold was formed. This was initially due to the power of the collective karma of sentient beings, and the power of the wind, which caused clouds with golden essence to gather in the sky. Continuous rain, as thick as a yoke, fell for a long time, thus forming a great water wheel. Then, the wind below stirred the water wheel, and a ground of gold formed above the essence. The size of the water and gold ground is: the depth of the water is eight million kotis of yojanas. The depth of the gold ground is three hundred and twenty thousand yojanas. The wind, water, and gold ground are round in shape and equal in size. Above it, there is also a great water wheel. This was also initially due to the karma of sentient beings, which caused clouds with various precious essences to gather in the sky. Continuous rain, as thick as a yoke, fell, thus forming it. In that water, a billion square winds formed by karma arose and stirred it. In the initial essence, four jewels arose from within: the east is silver, the south is lapis lazuli, the west is red lotus, and the north is Mount Sumeru made of gold. The shape is square, and the size is like a two-tiered pavilion: it is eighty thousand yojanas upwards, and eighty thousand yojanas downwards from the water's edge, reaching the golden ground. The width is also eighty thousand yojanas, and a billion Mount Sumerus are formed and exist. Between those mountains, from above the water's edge to below the waist, there are four tiers. The distance between the four tiers is ten thousand yojanas. That is, the essence of Mount Sumeru is like a pavilion, existing on a square base. The four tiers exist as protrusions. The lowest one protrudes outwards by sixteen thousand yojanas, the one above it protrudes by sixteen thousand yojanas, the one above that has eight thousand yojanas, the one above that has four thousand yojanas, and the top one protrudes by two thousand yojanas. Like this, outside each of the billion Mount Sumerus, the intermediate essence stirred by the wind of karma is surrounded in a square by seven golden mountains.

The inner layer of the seven mountains, like being able to hold the yoke of the sun chariot, exists directly, so it is called Yoke-holding Mountain; half as low as it, it exists like being able to hold the plow shaft, so it is called Plow Shaft-holding Mountain; on the top of that mountain there is a forest of Seng-ga-da-na trees, so it is called Seng-ga-da-na Mountain; the top of the mountain has the shape of a horse, so it is called Horse-ear Mountain; the top of the mountain is slightly curved inward, so it is called Inward-curving Mountain; outside of those, they exist in a circular manner, so the Ring-holding Mountains and others abide. Those mountains rise upwards above the waterline, the inner mountain has forty thousand yojanas, reaching half of Mount Sumeru. The six mountains outside of that decrease in height by half a yojana each, the Plow Shaft-holding Mountain has twenty thousand yojanas, the Seng-ga-da-na Mountain has ten thousand yojanas, the Plow Shaft-holding Mountain has twenty thousand yojanas, the Seng-ga-da-na Mountain has ten thousand yojanas, the Beautiful Mountain has five thousand yojanas, the Horse-ear Mountain has two thousand five hundred yojanas, the Inward-curving Mountain has one thousand five hundred yojanas, and the Ring-holding Mountain has six hundred twenty-five yojanas. The width of those mountains is equal to their respective heights above the waterline. On the final essence initially churned by the wind of karma, the four directions of all those mountains, including Mount Sumeru and the seven mountains, are neatly inhabited by the four great continents and the eight subcontinents, and at the same time as those, all the four continents and Mount Sumeru are surrounded by the outer iron fence mountain. The continents are slightly higher than the sea surface, so the sea water does not flood the continents.
