This is the extent of being suitable for abiding. Then, the body binds the mind, therefore it is karma. When Bodhicitta is mastered, the mind is mastered. From this, great compassion arises, and the mind stays where it is placed and goes where it is sent. As it was said before: The qualities of this are inexhaustible, there is no aging or death, youthfulness is restored and it is good, and it becomes a great source of nourishment. Thus it is. The conventional bindu is held by the posture of the body and the key points of the wind. That is, first, the fruit of a dog is dried in the shade and ground into powder, and the argha (Sanskrit: अर्घ, argha, offering) of a donkey, and the vajra veins of a dog are finely ground. Then, if you apply it to your own vajra and engage in union, the bindu will not leak, and a special bliss will actually arise for the consort. Also, take out the white, soft substance that comes from inside a white lotus, wrap it three times, tie it around your waist, and if you engage in union, the bindu will not come out. Also, if you tie the tendon of the right leg of the Nelei tree to the root of your left ring finger and engage in union, the bindu will not come out. This is how to hold Bodhicitta with the profound key points of dependent arising. To hold it with the posture of the body, there is holding it with the posture of a tigress, holding it with the majestic posture of a lion, holding it with the swaying posture of a reed, and holding it with the wheel of the key points of the veins. The tigress refers to the key point of strongly contracting the anus, cutting off the source of leakage, and thereby generating uncontaminated wisdom. Pulling the intestines into the stomach blocks the secret passage of bad thoughts. Turning the tip of the tongue downwards and touching the uvula, the two co-emergent ones become one taste, and thus transform into a pure wheel. Focusing the mind on the white and red bindus between the eyebrows unites skillful means and wisdom. Combining the armpit of the karma mudra with the knife of one's own hand is necessary to reverse the karma wind of distraction. Reciting Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit: हुं, hūṃ, meaning: Hūṃ) in the mouth mixes the mind and bliss. The majestic posture of a lion means planting the big toe of the foot on the ground and pushing it outwards, thereby cutting off the connection of karma and habitual tendencies. Contracting the lower body and relaxing the upper body increases physical strength and increases Bodhicitta. Not moving the eyes is to enjoy the wisdom of great bliss. Drawing the wind inwards symbolizes the way appearances arise. The wind's

By meditating from the venerable one (Jé), one sees the meaning of one's own mind being without arising or ceasing. The method of shaking the body is: shaking and swaying the whole body, this is the key to abiding in the pulse places and descending the bliss of bodhicitta. The movement of the breath and the shaking of the head is the natural cessation of thoughts. The contraction of the body's pulse foundation is the closing of the door of action. The key points of the pulse are like the key points of a plug, a nail, and a rope. Use the key points of pulling the breath up and pushing it down to control it. The happiness in the body increases, therefore one always experiences uncontaminated happiness, emptiness increases in the mind, therefore outwardly, the consort's pulses are unobstructed, inwardly, the bodhicitta is unobstructed, therefore one has longevity and a strong body. Thus, how to train in grasping the vajra peak is the key point of the breath. There are two methods: descending into the four chakras and learning the degree of change of the breath itself. The necessity of training the bodhicitta is: when the pulses are unobstructed, diseases do not arise. When the breath is unobstructed, samadhi arises. One can walk without one's feet touching the ground. The dust particles of the body can be seen clearly. One can fly in the sky. One's lifespan is equal to the sun and moon. One is free from attachment to food and clothing, this is the power of the unobstructed conventional bodhicitta. When the ultimate bodhicitta is unobstructed, one can accomplish the special transference of consciousness and the practice of consciousness entering other cities. As it is said: In the Tantra of the Stacked Chambers of the Cemetery, it says: By training in the bodhicitta bindu, the supreme and common qualities, whatever one desires in one's own mind, through this one will surely be able to accomplish. Thus. Thus, by training, the bodhicitta will not fall into the bhaga of the consort, and the arising of a happiness that cannot be compared to anything is the standard. Even if it falls into the bhaga of the consort, it can be merged with the bindu of the consort by the power of the breath, this is the standard. Eleventh, the order of arising such happiness is: first is joy, the entering wisdom is used for the pushing and gathering of the breath. Second is feeling, it is used for the actual effect of the experience. Third is happiness, at the time when the mind and wisdom are intertwined. Fourth is experience, at the time when the mind and wisdom are inseparable. Fifth is emptiness, at the time when the mind and wisdom are not separated or distinguished anywhere, and are free from the two extremes and differences.
