Abode. When the wind controls itself, consciousness becomes dull and oblivious, and all the abilities of wisdom are obscured, becoming dull without any clarity. When one's own wisdom abilities are activated, even dharmas that have not been heard before can be remembered in the mind and appear clearly. The abilities of clarity and non-clarity arise from the movement of the wind itself. It resides within the channels of the body mandala. Thus it is said. Seventh, the measure: The measure of the wisdom of the fundamental abode is abiding in the measure of the warmth of equal intention. The measure of the wisdom of focused appearance is the union of space and awareness, gaining autonomy of consciousness. The measure of uninterrupted memory wisdom is the exhaustion of thoughts through the unobstructed arising and liberation, abiding in the intention of natural ease and spontaneous accomplishment, so that conditions do not steal awareness. The measure of discriminating wisdom is the separate division of the dualistic dharmas, thereby establishing them definitively. The measure of the three entering actions is understanding the meaning of words and then abiding in the self-nature of meaning. Thus it is also said in "The Blazing Lamp": The measure of the self-born wisdom of the fundamental abode, from the experience of the equality of all dharmas arising, is gaining confidence in the stability of consciousness. Since it does not change and always abides in the continuum, therefore it grasps the fundamental abode wisdom. This body is also light, and the consciousnesses are clear. The measure of focused appearance wisdom is the sign of experiencing the practice of "cogzhag", the five-colored light of the body mandala, appearing outward without effort, therefore this consciousness grasps its own ground. The body also does not touch the ground. This, wherever the consciousness is directed, can also digest the material there. It is the measure of mastering one's own abilities. The measure of uninterrupted memory wisdom is that consciousness does not enter into others, one is happy to live alone, and always has faith in solitary places, one does not like to associate with people, and the consciousness is single-pointed and does not change. Even in the words spoken by others, one is free from grasping at their essence. In the unchanging conviction of view, one feels like walking in pure space. The mind ceases wherever it is directed. Even the conditions of others cannot transform this. Unconscious awareness is blissful and expansive. The person born in this state has mastered uninterrupted memory wisdom. The measure of discriminating wisdom is also the base consciousness and the Dharmakaya, distinguishing them in this way, with such signs. Attachment to the body

When the wisdom of awareness is gone, the awareness remains in its focused place, and the body becomes like a corpse. When mind and wisdom are separated, the doors of activity also close. The elements separate into pure and impure, and gross appearances naturally cease, enjoying bliss in the life force. Likewise, who distinguishes between samsara and nirvana? Deluded thoughts do not arise. Even if they arise, they are neither beneficial nor harmful. Thus, with self-knowing wisdom, definitively establishing samsara and nirvana is the wisdom of individual realization. The measure of the three entering wisdoms is that by uttering one word, all dharmas are spoken, and knowing all its treatises is the measure of hearing wisdom. Whatever essence is contemplated by wisdom, bliss arises in that stream, and contemplation also increases accordingly. Whatever arises, it is not harmed by circumstances, and delusion, conceptualization, and attachment naturally cease. This is how the wisdom of meditation is attained. Thus it is said. The eighth, the analogy of similarity, is that the object of observation is known and understood, and all afflictions are burned, like a fire spreading on dry grass. From the burning of a lamp, for example, on dry grass, even if a small spark is encountered, it burns all the grass like a spreading flame, and wisdom also burns away habitual tendencies. All of this is the lamp of wisdom. Thus it is said. In the Compendium, it says: Having fully understood the nature of all dharmas with wisdom, one will be completely liberated from the three realms. Thus it is proclaimed. From the Supreme Treasure Trove of the Vehicle, the enumeration of the four lamps is taught, which is the thirteenth chapter. Thus, having separately explained the dependent body and its collection of other dharmas, now there are three points to establish the nature of the knowing awareness that depends on it: the difference between the alaya and the dharmakaya, the difference between mind and wisdom, and the separate explanation of other differentiated dharmas. First, there are two: a brief statement and a detailed explanation. First, in relation to the basis of sentient beings and the basis of the Buddhas, the nature of awareness is pure and stainless, and in terms of the part that is defiled by ignorance, conceptual thoughts, and so on, becoming the basis of all illusions and misapprehensions, the difference between the alaya and the dharmakaya should be understood as two aspects. As it says in the Blaze Scripture: The key points of the alaya and the dharmakaya. Thus it is said. Among them, the alaya is the mind and mind that are distinguished by ignorance.
