Yes, from that, that appears to arise, and it is known from within and without. The appearance of five-colored light is also the arising of the self-radiance of the luminosity of the mind's nature. That itself is completely pure from the stains of objects, the stains of intellectual wisdom, and the stains of negative thoughts of the mind. Lamp refers to the aspect of dispelling the darkness of karma and habitual tendencies when that appearance is seen. Among the four lamps, the first, which is the essence gathered from the four chakras, is called 'Distant' because the initial generative wind propels it from above into the mother's womb, symbolizing the entry of the essence of causes and conditions into the center of the mother's womb from a distant place. 'Noose' refers to the binding together of wind, mind, and causes and conditions into one through mindfulness. 'Water' refers to the increase of bliss from the six tastes among all tastes and the expansion of the eye of essence. 'Lamp' refers to the clear realization at the crown of the distinctions of the actions of the five senses and the distinctions of the five wisdoms, and the actual arising in the realm of the Dharma-nature senses, and is called lamp for the sake of dispelling the darkness of samsara. From the lamp of the empty bindu, when combined with the bindu of conventional cause, bindu refers to the dropping of essence through the manner of abiding. 'Le' refers to secretly guarding and recognizing wisdom with the speech's Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and so on. 'Empty' refers to the mind's action of reversing the bindu, applying effort, mixing with wind, and transforming bliss into emptiness. Lamp refers to dispelling darkness through that meaning. When combined with the bindu of ultimate wisdom, bindu refers to the three unchanging aspects of the way of seeing, the way of looking, and the nature of awareness itself. 'Le' refers to the appearance of a round halo of light. 'Empty' refers to the absence of harm from the four elements because that appearance is not established as an object or a sign. Because it is self-appearing, others cannot see it even if it is shown. Because it is luminosity, it is free from the extremes of elaboration and dispels the darkness of ignorance. Lamp refers to dispelling the darkness of samsara. From the lamp of self-arisen wisdom, when combined with the degree of realization of essence, it is called 'Wisdom' because the abiding of wind is the key point of the channels. It is called 'Intelligence' because the sending and gathering of wind is the key point of numbers. Because it arises from and abides in Dharma-nature, it is called 'Self-arisen' because the senses arise in the aspect of liberation in three instants. It is called lamp because the wind is exhausted and liberated into the expanse.

It is called. If combined with clear light, it is called knowing because inner wisdom manifests its own sound and self-awareness in the realm of the senses. The appearance of phenomena, together with lines and small dots, is most excellent as the birthplace of the exhaustion of all illusions, hence it is called "supreme." Within this, the letters of exhaustion, hand gestures, body, etc., appear, and the ten elements such as earth appear manifestly at the time of exhaustion. Since it is impossible to appear to the senses together with illusion, it is said to be the wisdom of exhaustion. The basis of awareness at that time, together with the appearance of wisdom, does not come from elsewhere but arises from itself, hence it is called "self." Arising means that the connection with it is established, that is, self-appearance and self-arising arise from awareness. Lamp means that it is spoken of in that way because it dispels the darkness of mind and mental factors. The lamp of the pure realm of phenomena arises from seeing the essential point of direct perception, and it is the basis for the manifestation of the five lights, hence it is called realm of phenomena. When phenomena appear as light, the substantial elements are pure, hence it is called completely pure. By seeing that alone, the substantial physical body is transformed into a light body, dispelling the darkness of samsara, hence it is called a lamp. In sequence, when combined with practice, the basis of body, speech, and mind is first adjusted, hence it is called realm of phenomena. First, if the essential point of the body is not suppressed, wisdom will not be controlled; if the essential point of speech is not suppressed, the meaning that cannot be expressed will not be found; if the essential point of mind is not suppressed, thoughts will not be cut off by themselves, but if suppressed, they will be accomplished. The path of direct self-arising is most important, hence it is called "supreme." By the essential point of the door, the realm of phenomena is seen and illusions cease, hence it is called "pure." That is, by the essential point of the manifesting door, the realm of phenomena of reality is seen and determined. By the essential point of the phenomenal object, no matter what appears, there is no deviation from reality. The essential point of the peg-like wind stops various thoughts. The essential point of manifesting clear light transforms the arising of subtle and gross elements. By the essential point of seeing the direct perception of reality, the chain of view, meditation, conduct, and result of meeting the meaning of reality with the discrimination of mind and words is cut off. By seeing the phenomena of increasing experience, the impure matter and awareness of illusion self-extinguish. By seeing the phenomena of perfected awareness, the two form bodies are enjoyed. By seeing the phenomena of the exhaustion of reality, the three bodies are self-mastered.
