If this channel is slender, then one is always light-hearted and devoted to virtue. If this channel is coarse, then one is always diligent and whatever one undertakes is eventually accomplished. Moreover, the body generates channels, channels generate speech, speech generates mind, mind generates dharmata, and dharmata generates yoga, hence it is called generation. Fifth, what is the function of these channels? The ro-ma channel causes the essence to manifest the radiance of a lamp, while the waste products cause the function of urination. The rkyang-ma channel raises the essence upwards, causing the lamp itself to appear as self-manifestation, and experiences and increases it. Its waste products are separated downwards, becoming excrement to be discarded. The kun-'dar-ma channel raises the essence upwards, actually manifesting the ultimate bodhicitta, and when the waste products drip downwards, it causes the bindu of the conventional bodhicitta to drip. For men, it drips directly, because encountering bliss is called touch-destruction, experiencing that as soon as the bindu falls, bliss disappears. Women, on the other hand, are covered and abide by the five families, so it is called touch-increase, bliss increases again and they do not know satisfaction. The menstruation of women is produced by the transformation of the channels, and is the direct flow of blood. If, due to the key of the elements, menstruation comes at an inappropriate time, then it is disturbed by illness. If it comes twice or three times a month, then the uterus is changed. If it always comes at the beginning of the month, then a boy will be born, if it always comes at the end of the month, then a girl will be born. If it is intermittent and large and small, then there will be no offspring. If the blood is thin and the color is yellow, then there will be few offspring. If the color is black and the smell is strong, then many boys and girls will be born. If it flows without taste and without sensation, then boys and girls will come alternately. Sixth, the nature of these channels is: the nature of the ro-ma channel is bliss, that is, with special means and the object to be taken, it is liberated into the nature of dharmata that is completely pure. The nature of the rkyang-ma channel is emptiness, with wisdom completely pure, causing the conceptual thoughts of the grasping mind to be liberated into dharmata. The nature of the kun-'dar-ma channel is the inseparability of bliss and emptiness, with union inseparable, manifesting the wisdom that is liberated from the grasped and the grasper. Seventh, the dharmata of these channels is: the ro-ma channel has the dharmata of taking food, the essence and waste of food, and excretion.

If the pulse is not wide, that person has a big belly; if it is thin, they have a small belly; if it is crooked, they always vomit and do not eat, and they get various sudden illnesses. Red pulse: it makes the body's temperature increase or decrease. If this pulse is thin, the body is naturally hot; if it is wide, the body is cold and always feels cold; if it is crooked and changes, it is the same as mentioned before. White pulse: it shows the difference between hunger and thirst in the body and the nature of not being hungry or thirsty. If this pulse is thin, one is never thirsty; if it is wide, one is very thirsty; if it is crooked, it shows various uncertain karmas. If it suddenly trembles and changes, one will get various diseases where the body, speech, and mind are not free. Furthermore, if one is skilled in the key points of the Roma pulse, one can cut off attachment to food and transform it into the food of meditation. If one is skilled in the key points of the Jiangma pulse, one can cut off attachment to clothing and have warmth. If one is skilled in the key points of the central pulse, one can cut off attachment to drink, thereby cutting off dreams and practicing the meaning of clear light. The key points of these three are very important. Eighth, the oral instructions on how to combine these pulses are: combining the body and the Roma pulse, the body's formation is the Sambhogakaya, its abiding is the Nirmanakaya, and its destruction is liberation into the Dharmakaya, therefore the body is the mandala of the three kayas. Jiangma pulse, speech abiding is meditation, speech expressing is samadhi, speech ceasing is the manifestation of the nature of these, it is the self-sound of sound, words, and secret mantras. Kundarma pulse, the movement of mind combined with the nature of pure memory and thought, combines the wisdom of naturally ceasing, naturally liberating, and naturally arising previous and subsequent thoughts, so that external conditions are liberated into the nature of reality, and memory and conceptualization naturally cease, appearing as the realization of the nature of reality. As it is said: the body is the body of the three kayas mandala, what is said is the words of mantra, what is thought is meditation itself. As it is said in the "String of Pearls". Furthermore, by tracking the maturity of the pulse, one can determine the characteristics of the pulse itself. By searching for the location of the pulse, one can recognize the nature of reality arising from the pulse. By knowing the timing of the pulse's beat, one can recognize the place of death and birth. The nature of the pulse is full, so the mind is inseparable from the wheel of samadhi. By maintaining the temperature of the pulse's extension, one can constantly transform into the yoga of food. By following the calculation of the pulse's transfer, one can transform into the yoga of clothing. By following the key points of the pulse's propulsion, in order to cut off the continuity of habitual patterns, the key points of the pulse are very profound. Second, the difference between the four wheels is divided into two
