The earth does not truly descend. The coiled pulse does not find the desired taste. For this, the key to clearing the pulse is essential. Thus, women coming to the five types of pulses arise from the five poisons being particularly coarse. From this arise thirty-two different deceptions. There are thirty-two different diseases, which arise from the five types of pulses. Furthermore, among the one hundred and one different wisdom pulses, the uterine erosion that women suffer from, that is, vaginal scabies itself, also has five types, which arise from the intercourse of the five types. Apart from this, menstruation itself also has ten different diseases. Each of the universally entering has five diseases. The five diseases of holding the container. The seven diseases of existence of the seed. A total of thirty-two are what women have more of than men do not have. This again arises from the fact that temporarily, the uterus is more than men, semen does not leak, and there are many worms and other actions. Most diseases enter from the uterus, and men do not have these, so it is said to be less. The five types of pulses, the container, and the entering arise from the woman's body. The universally trembling pulse is located in the middle of both, remaining without changing, which symbolizes the root of the unprocessed meaning, the Great Perfection. Second, the purification of the three special pulses is: mastering the key points of the Roma pulse can purify all the actions of the body. The Kyangma pulse purifies speech, and the Kundama pulse purifies the actions done by the mind. Third, the symbols of these pulses are: the Roma pulse symbolizes non-conceptual bliss, therefore, by turning the wheel of interdependent origination here, memory is exhausted and becomes like taste, therefore it is called the Roma pulse. The Kyangma pulse symbolizes many manifestations as one taste, abiding in the meaning of the single bindu, therefore it is called the Kyangma pulse. The Kundama pulse symbolizes union without separation, therefore, the union of method bliss and wisdom emptiness, the union of conventional object and ultimate object, without separation, without limit, the completely pure view is called the Kundama pulse. Therefore, the right symbolizes method, the left symbolizes wisdom, and the middle symbolizes non-separation. Fourth, the way these pulses arise is: the Roma pulse produces the body, initially the body formation is the result of the four elements, the father's factor produces the earth and water, the two maturing enter the entanglement of action.

The foundation of the body is established from the navel chakra. From the mother's influence, the maturation of fire and wind, from the karmic wheel, the essence and dregs of the body are separated. The center of the four chakras that generate the body, the support for the body's formation, the drops of semen and blood, each exist like a mustard seed. Thus, the four chakras exist with eight causes and conditions, and are the place for gathering and expanding the eight consciousnesses. In terms of conventional truth, the (veins) born from the maturation of the mind are located at the twenty-first vertebra, and in women at the thirteenth, therefore they are located at the tip of the stamen of the lotus vein. Its branches converge at the tip of the nipples. The sixteen convergence points of these branches are located at the perineum. Located between the ribs of men. They are responsible for the formation, existence, and destruction of the body. The single vein generates speech. If it is without bends and straight, then the speech is sweet and the expression is clear. If there are thin branches, the voice will be shrill and short, or the expression will be unclear, like a stutter. Its nature is without branches and bends. If that vein is divided into ten parts, the voice will become hoarse, leading to abandonment. If that vein itself has differences in thickness from top to bottom, the voice will be varied and intermittent. If that vein has folds, the voice will become muffled and trembling. If that vein is hollow, the voice will be loud and piercing. Yogis can adjust them through the secret instructions of the veins, by changing, opening, and pressing them. If the Roma vein is twisted, the body will become crooked, etc., similar to before. If it exists straight, the characteristics of the body will be complete, and it will possess beauty and youth, because the vein is good, the body also possesses qualities. The Kundalini vein generates the mind, so if that vein has many bends, it is always restless and cannot focus on one place. If it has branches, the mind is sharp but forgetful. If there are differences in thickness, wisdom will be changeable and cannot abide in one place. Many things are started, but nothing is completed. If that vein is hollow, whatever is thought will become good, and it will possess wisdom and a submissive mind. If that vein has no differences in thickness, wherever it is, the mind will be stable and without change. If it bends to the right, there will be many thoughts. If it bends to the left, it will always be in doubt and two minds. If that vein changes, there will always be much suffering and the mind will be unhappy.
