Women give birth in nine months. As the wind actually flows from Avadhūti through the left and right nostrils, the afflictions become coarser, and they reside in the place of creating various karmas. Moreover, the four elements of each conventional self cause the body to mature: earth causes the flesh to actually form, water causes the blood to form, fire causes the warmth to form, and wind causes the breath to actually form. From flesh comes ignorance, from blood comes desire, from fire comes hatred, and from wind comes pride. Jealousy and other various different thoughts arise as causes and conditions. Desire causes the body to actually mature, initially arising from the intention of desire. Hatred causes the blood to mature, initially arising from relying on hatred to utter sounds. Ignorance causes the mind to mature into various forms, initially arising from confusion from the fundamental ignorance. Thus, the three also ride on the horse of breath and go, therefore, various different thoughts of the three poisons arise. Moreover, the maturation of ignorance manifests as sleep, the maturation of desire manifests as laughter, and the maturation of hatred manifests as various dreams. The sign that flesh is produced by ignorance is that the more flesh there is, the more sleep there is. The sign that warmth is produced by hatred is that when the external weather is warm and humid, there are many dreams. When hatred arises, the body becomes light, warmth arises, and one strives to speak. The sign that blood is produced by desire is that restlessness arises depending on the flow of blood. When desire arises, moisture and dust and other liquid parts arise. Moreover, depending on flesh, it grows into the form aggregate, from blood arises perception, from warmth arises consciousness, from breath arises formation, and depending on the outward flow of wind, it grows into feeling. Moreover, flesh produces veins, veins produce wind, and wind produces both karma and wisdom. Karma accumulates samsara, and wisdom accumulates nirvana. Moreover, depending on blood, lymph is produced, from which bindu is produced, and from bindu arise the five senses, the maturation of the conventional. The cause of the senses is the five afflictions, the condition is the five objects, and the collection of thoughts of the past, future, and present becomes the cause of samsara and nirvana. Among them, the four elements of ultimate truth are: from the extreme separation of the color white, it is the rope that binds water.

Arising from the syllable NA (藏文:ན་,梵文天城体:ण,梵文罗马拟音:ṇa,汉语字面意思:那), originating from the root of the earth element. From the intensely red color arises the cause for the lamp of the empty bindu. Originating from the root of the water element. From the intensely yellow color arises the cause for the lamp of the perfectly pure expanse. Originating from the root of the fire and wind elements. From the intensely green color arises the cause for the lamp of self-arisen wisdom. Originating from the root of the wind element. Furthermore, self-arisen wisdom generates awareness, the hook generates light, the bindu generates the body, and the expanse generates wisdom. The hook sees the manifest appearance of reality, the empty bindu sees the increase of experience, the expanse sees the perfection of awareness, and the lamp of self-arisen wisdom is used for the appearance of the exhaustion of reality. These are also actually used for the arising of wisdom from the doorway. From the Supreme Vehicle's Precious Treasury, this shows the formation of the habitual body, which is the eleventh chapter. Thus, after generally showing the formation of the body, now there are three parts to specifically explain the situation of the channels, winds, and bindus within it: the basis is the channels, the dependent is the winds, and the dwelling is the detailed distinctions of the bindus. The first part has three points: generally showing the nature of the channels, specifically explaining the types, and showing how to practice. The first point is: As the Garland of Pearls says: From the channels are the bindus, possessing the nature of subtlety and movement, adorned by their own rays of light. It also has three parts, namely the right, left, and central channels. Therefore, here, the meaning of these is explained. The three main channels are: Roma, Kyangma, and Kundarma. Among these, Roma is like salt because it obtains the taste of everything, and it generates a unique experience based on the bliss of the bindu, so it is called "Ro." Also, because it arises from desire, it is called "Ma," and it is through reliance on the desirous one that enlightenment is achieved. Alternatively, "Ro" is little action, that is, the experience based on the illusion of the bindu is difficult to express, so it is called "Ma." Among these, it causes the conventional bindu to move, and it is the nature of skillful means. Kyangma is called "Kyangwa Rengbu" because it has no bends or branches, meaning straight. By nature, it is the cause of both the ultimate and conventional bindus, and the arising of the ultimate.
