Arranged in the manner of a monkey, it is called the Wheel of Complete Arrangement at the Top. From the collection of those individual functions arise eighty-five thousand wind-worms, agitated by the power of letters, moved by the power of wind, mouth (Tibetan) food is closely taken, the body individually moves, and by the power of having a body, the individual awareness of those worms becomes clear. The previous worms are also the same. Those worms change by wind, disappear, contract, expand, and entwine, causing the body's elements to be disturbed. Thus, wind, bile, phlegm, and mixed diseases arise, maturing into pleasure and pain. If their categories are divided, they become sixteen types, and further divided by male and female changes, they become thirty-two types of gynecological diseases. From the number of those changes, four hundred and four common diseases spread. Thus, within the three hundred and sixty channels of the Wheel of Complete Arrangement at the Top, there exist seven hundred and twenty letters such as ka ka ki ki, three hundred and sixty light spheres, totaling one thousand and eighty. The forms of Samantabhadra father and mother, each with two thousand eight hundred deities, each has three deities of body, speech, and mind. In their hearts, each has an image like a wisdom warrior drawn in detail, totaling three thousand two hundred and forty. Eighty-five thousand worms, and the same number of letters, each containing the same number of wisdom seeds, totaling three hundred and thirty thousand. At this time, there are eighty-five thousand unpredicted afflictions, totaling four hundred and one thousand. The three thousand two hundred and forty that previously grew from the channels, totaling three hundred and thirteen thousand two hundred and forty exist. Because countless categories of faculties and objects of faculties are gathered, it is called the Alaya. Thus, the life force of the channels of the four wheels of the body, through the three of single taste, complete vibration, and non-vibration, externally generates the three of body, speech, and mind, internally (Tibetan) generates the three of body, speech, and mind, and secretly generates the three of Nirmanakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Dharmakaya.

Because it is produced by the mother's womb, it stays upright in the posture of the letter "ཀ" (ka). Moreover, the father's bindu (semen) emits the letters with the sounds of Oṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Āḥ (藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), and Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and dissolves into the mother's womb. The mother's condition also includes the sounds of the three syllables. When the six sounds fight internally, the basis of the son's body, speech, and mind congeals and transforms into the three channels: the rope channel, the left channel, and the central channel. Within the central channel, Oṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), light, and the bodies of Samantabhadra (Kuntuzangpo) and Samantabhadri (Kuntuzangmo) are formed as three. On the right, Āḥ (藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), light, and the three bodies are formed. On the left, Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), light, and the three bodies are formed. Thus, they are formed as the support for the three: body, speech, and mind. In this way, from the four chakras, first, the foundation of all things, including the body, is produced, so it is the navel chakra; then, knowledge is accomplished, so it is the heart chakra where memory gathers; experiencing the taste of memory, the tastes that become the expression of speech are the throat chakra; the pinnacle of all, the manifestation of various forms is the crown chakra, so it is determined as a set of four. Moreover, the letters within the channels, due to the movement of the sound of wind, produce sound. Clear letters are pleasant sounds. If they are not clear, they are not pleasant. If the channel letters are not pure, the sound trembles, and if they are pure... they appear with a tip, etc. Transforming from the key points of the channels, men's voices are deep because they lack the lineage channel and because the channel tubes are wide. Moreover, due to being wide, very wide, and extremely wide, deep sounds, very deep sounds, and extremely deep sounds, etc., appear. In women, the five lineages constrict the channel ends and narrow the tubes, so the voice is subtle from the seed of desire or just the movement. Clear and soft is produced from desire. Soft and thick is produced from ignorance. Changing and captivating is produced from anger. Subtle and pleasant is produced from pride and jealousy. Speaking little when relaxed is the lineage that produces happiness. Speaking happily and harmlessly is the lineage that increases sons and wealth. In this way, the body is formed by four sets of seven, and completed by nine, becoming the support for the ripening of the forty-nine days of habitual tendencies in the bardo (intermediate state). Then it gradually increases. Boys look inward from the mother's right breast, and girls look outward from the left breast, because the interdependent action of holding one's own home and going to another's home arises from this. Then boys are born in nine months and a few days or ten months, and gi
