Thinking, "It's just fussing over nothing"; thinking that everything is transparent, vast, and emptiness has reached its limit, and from a state of nothingness, everything arises; no matter how much one observes and contemplates, one cannot find any conceptual thoughts, it is impossible to arise now, and it has never arisen before, and now no one has any conceptual thoughts, so what does it mean to say there are many conceptual thoughts? And so on, experiences beyond the expression of transparency will arise. In the Lion's Complete Strength, it says: "The view abides in its own state of samadhi, the lord of all the spontaneously appearing mandalas of non-things, the immutable, self-arisen realm of all dharmata, the self-appearing, non-conceptual, solitary, and clear abides. The discrimination that is free from the conceptual thoughts of the mind is the great basis of the meaning of secret mantra." And so on. These three vows have passed, causing awareness to abide in a state of non-meditation. Now, with the great axe of discernment, clearing away the limits of doubt and conceptual thought, abiding in the spontaneously arising view, the discernment of how to purify the illusory samsara: In the unchanging dharmata view of the ground, there is no inside or outside, free from grasping and fixation, free from elaboration. Since there is no mind attached to objects as other, there is no object of grasping, and the appearance of vessel and essence is free from attachment. There is no place to be born in samsara, like the sky. The nature of self-awareness has no object of grasping, and although it appears as play, it is not grasped, so the outer appearance does not stain awareness. Now there is no place to be born in samsara. Since self does not conceptualize inwardly in the mind, there is no object of grasping, and the conceptual thoughts of existence are pacified. The creator of samsara is cut off at the root. At that time, like the sky, the phenomena of inner and outer illusion are not perceived in any way, and one has reached the view of the dharmakaya. Reaching the end of exhaustion, there is no coming or going. All is vast, the pure land of Samantabhadra, which is the supreme palace of the dharmakaya. In the inner mind, not grasping the power that arises from its own nature, karma and afflictions are emptied, and there is no one who is born into samsara or causes one to enter into illusion. The grasping of appearance and awareness is liberated, the castle of grasping and fixation collapses, and the illusion and the grasping of illusion are emptied, so when awareness manifests transparently, one reaches the end of dharmata, reaches the pure land of Samantabhadra, which is said to be the secure rule of the dharmakaya king. When awareness is separated from the mind, it is also separated from the illusion of the mind, so there is nowhere to go except to become a Buddha, whose essence is Buddha.

It is because it is manifested by being free from obscuration. When awareness is with mind, it is called sentient being; when it is without mind, it is called Buddha. As it is said in the "Garland of Pearls": The wise should distinguish between mind and wisdom. Mind is the basis of all habitual tendencies, it is the impurity of embodied beings. Mind grasps onto the object to be grasped, therefore it is the nature of samsara. When that mind is gone, it is Buddhahood; the impurities of all embodied beings are exhausted. Beings go by that mind; otherwise, they cannot go. Therefore, beings are like a revolving wheel. So it is. Also, from the mind of the grasped, the object to be grasped, which is non-existent, appears as the five clear appearances of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch. From the mind of the grasper, limitless karma, ripening, and afflictions appear. Therefore, the cycle of existence, where the non-existent is grasped as existent and the mindless is grasped as mind, appears to sentient beings like a dream, arising from the appearance of the mind's grasping and being grasped. In the "Perfection of Power" it says: An unknowing child, with force, throws a knot into the sky. Grasping the non-existent appearance of objects as existent, mistaking the non-self and other as self and other. So it is. Therefore, by making the mind-less awareness, the single wisdom, as the path, that is the key to accomplishing the Dharmakaya free from mind in this life. Others, by making mind as the path, do not transcend sentient beings, and there is no time to attain Buddhahood. If the arising of mind does not cease, or if the spontaneously liberated aspect of compassion is not made the path, then what? The aspect of compassion refers to the pure awareness of the basis of appearance, which does not move from its own state, therefore that is the skill of making it the path, but the aspect of conceptualization that has already arisen as mind is not made the path in any way. When the essence is placed in awareness, the mind is abandoned to self-liberation as it pleases, as has been said again and again. Therefore, mind is a delusion with the root of ignorance, grasping objects as self, and if it does not follow after objects, it cannot stay in one place. Without touching these fabrications, the clear wisdom, without conceptualization, free from the mind of self-grasping, is made the path. As it is said in the "Lion's Perfection of Power": The mind of sentient beings arises in two ways, the appearance of mind and ignorance, which are grasped by grasping onto the non-existent. The appearance of awareness-wisdom is free from the mind of grasping at self. There is no expectation for what exists, and for what does not exist
