Gathering into one the meaning of the four that transcend results, the naked and clear awareness. Do not cling to external appearances. What arises does not go beyond its own adornment, so it vanishes on its own, transparent in the knowledge without trace. Internally, do not conceptualize the movements of the mind. Knowing that the unceasing sound is the play of compassion, it is self-clearing, vast in the state of a clear ocean. In between, do not meditate on the state of non-duality and equality. When meditation arises in the state of natural abiding, the king of awareness abides without wavering. Do not corrupt the six aggregates with the antidote of grasping. From the Sixth Expanse: Abide in your own place, in unwavering samadhi. The doors of the senses are not blocked, The actions of the body are not performed. Sleep should not be abandoned either, Do not analyze separately with the mind. In short, body and speech are on their own, Do not let the arising thoughts escape. Even for the six objects of the senses, The mind does not waver with mindful discernment. From the great non-conceptual self-appearance, A clear and non-conceptual experience arises. So it is said. The great spontaneously present samadhi is: Without conceptualizing objects from the state of equanimity, Without clinging to the mind, hope and fear, arising and ceasing subside, Abiding in the state of equality between object and mind, This is the expanse of dharmata, naturally unwavering. In the realm of signs, abide in the general infusion of no-object, Since primordial non-duality is the general infusion of awareness, Samsara and nirvana are inseparable, the state of great perfection, Everything is spread out without acceptance or rejection. Here, the meaning of spontaneous presence is that awareness suddenly strikes the object. In short, there are two aspects to recognize: abiding in the meditation of one's own face and nature, and when the play of appearances arises on the object. Natural abiding is when there is no hope, fear, arising, or ceasing, and one abides naturally. That state of abiding is meditation. Awareness is clear and sudden, recognize that state and cultivate it in that state. From the Wordless: There is no outer or inner, outer and inner are clear. Not a seer, beyond the two extremes of permanence and annihilation. Without seeing, there is nothing to see. Not deviating from the meaning, seeing is naturally absent. It is not existent, it abides in that state. And as it says in the All-Creating: Alas! In the great bliss of effortless suchness, The three doors do not strive, do not fabricate or aim, Do not make it in the mind, do not follow after signs, Rest in the meaning of self-born wisdom and bliss, This is self-born light.

It is clear intention. It is the activity of the intention of the All-Creating King. Thus it is said. At the time when the ability seems to arise from the clarity of awareness onto the field of objects. That wavering part is left as it is because it is moved by the horse of conceptual thought. In that part, if the part of awareness that is present is immediately recognized. Letting the wavering part go wherever it goes, it will naturally disappear. The All-Creating [King] says: One's own body does not need to be adjusted, the senses do not need to be dulled, speech does not need to be restrained, and there is nothing to seek. The mind, too, let it rest in an unwavering state wherever it is sent. And: The meaning is that all meanings are unborn. Thus, recognize the characteristics of conceptual thought as they are. All thoughts and ideas that move in the mind. Without straying from the state of unbornness. No matter how you think, if you know it is meditation. No matter how you leave it without meditating, there is no distraction. Thus it is said. The key to this is to recognize the nature of awareness that is naked and pure. Do not pursue the wavering or flashing part. Do not look at its face. Not letting it rest in its own place is the most important point of the key. If you do not know it in this way, you will fall into the fundamental error of conceptual thought, as well as the self-imposed acceptance and rejection, the self-holding of grasping and being grasped, and the ordinary self-place. Thus, showing that there is no good or bad in both one's own place and one's own arising is: Because existence and non-existence are equal in the realm of reality, Buddhas and sentient beings are equal in the realm of reality, conventional and ultimate [truth] are equal in the realm of reality, faults and qualities are equal in the realm of reality, high and low directions are equal in the realm of reality. From the self-born state, whatever play arises. At the time of arising, equal arising, there is no good or bad. Therefore, what need is there to remedy acceptance and rejection? At the time of abiding, equal abiding, there is no good or bad. Whatever arises in the mind now, let it subside on its own. At the time of liberation, equal liberation, there is no good or bad. After remembrance, do not continue the flow of negation and affirmation. For example, there is no good or bad in water that does not move and water that moves in waves. Because both are equal in the realm of water. Likewise, there is no good or bad in awareness abiding in its own place and arising, because it is only the appearance of awareness abiding and arising, and it has not moved elsewhere. The Vajra Tent says: As long as thoughts arise from the mind, at that time it is the nature of the Protector. Are water and waves different? Thus it is said. Likewise, existence and non-existence, Buddhas and sentient beings, conventional
