Of animal and hungry ghost realms, When appearing as forms in the environment, This enjoys my body. Those without shame for this, Touch my body with this. When strong attachment arises from ignorance, hatred, and desire, My awareness is without thought. This itself is self-liberated, My eyes see this. When thoughts of the mind outwardly appear, My wisdom is self-purified. When there is no subsequent examination of this, My sounds are all heard by this. When gatherings of thoughts of the mind assemble, My samadhi is good without thought. When there is no clinging mind to this, My scents are all sensed by this. When coarse forms enter the mind, My self-appearance and experience arise. When one and two are exhausted in this, This tastes my flavors. Thus, all that appears and all that is heard, Appear as the play of Kuntuzangpo (普贤). Because the manifestation of play is uninterrupted, My qualities naturally arise. Because the manifestation of qualities is only this, It does not change into exhaustion and is without exhaustion. Therefore, the field of the three kayas (身) and mudras (手印). Thus it is said. Here, one practices by experiencing the inseparability of appearance and awareness as one taste. It is crucial that this is not mixed with common methods. Looking at whatever arises is the root error of conceptualization. Letting it go is dark meditation without recognizing one's own face. If one cuts off without losing experience and seeks clarity in between, it becomes a matter of acceptance and rejection. These lack the key point of self-appearance, like a dog without great conceptual thoughts on a felt mat. Here, the essential point of the secret essence of the heart is that whenever appearance or arising occurs, one should recognize the naked awareness, the pure awareness. There is no need to rely on anything else. At that time, the awareness that has cut off the connection of the three times of mind, the naked and pure awareness, is the self-arising intention of the Dharmakaya (法身), spontaneously accomplishing the great equality of clear light. Whatever appears in this, do not recall the past, do not think about the future, and do not intentionally examine the present. One should remain unwavering in the state of recognizing the naked and clear awareness. As it is said in the Sixth Space: "Whoever does not grasp the past, nor welcome the future, and leaves the present awareness in its own place, then all awareness merges into one without before or after, and it is called one unified essence, which is the yoga of awareness in the equality of the three times." The power of self-exhausting memory
