Great indeed! When all powers dissolve into the essence of the Dharmadhatu, The proliferation of clinging to appearances naturally subsides. This is the intention of effortless, self-arisen wisdom. Thus, the mind in the middle ground between desire and non-desire, The three poisons manifest as a play of power. Arising from the Dharmadhatu and appearing within its nature, Since nothing moves apart from the Dharmadhatu, Without accepting or altering anything, Immediately recognize the Dharmadhatu itself and rest in that state. The key is self-pacification, self-dissolution, and self-liberation in its own place. All afflictions, actions, and habitual tendencies, Are miraculous displays arising as a play of power. Even the path of liberation, achieved through good antidotes, Is a miraculous display arising as a play of power. Since both arise as wisdom's play from power, The key is to recognize their nature and rest without fabrication. Equal pace, equal stride, equal movement from the ground. Born of conditions, compounded, not transcending cause and effect, Cherish self-settling, letting be, and the repetition of cause and effect. This is the pinnacle of the supreme secret vehicle, Do not speak of it to those of inferior intellect; it is exceedingly secret. By the power of slander and denial, the essential teachings are distorted, One falls into fabrication and wrong views. Those who leak secrets fall into endless lower realms. Therefore, the lineage of the supremely secret royal vehicle, Should be taught and entrusted to fortunate and virtuous individuals. In short, regarding whatever appears—objects, mind, and conditions— Without introducing antidotes or abandoning through effort, The key is self-settling, letting be, and resting in the natural state of awareness. All happiness and suffering are expressions of awareness, Clinging to acceptance and rejection binds one to existence. Whatever appears, objects are merely clear to the senses, Whatever arises, mind is merely memory and awareness without trace. Both are momentarily equal, merely binding through negation and affirmation. In essence, they are ultimately equal, merely baseless appearances. All objects are equally undifferentiated; upon examination, they leave no trace. All minds are superficially equal; upon analysis, they are like the sky. Object and mind are non-dual, merely pure space. Thus, whoever knows this possesses the lineage of Samantabhadra, The supreme son of the Victorious Ones, a master of profound awareness. Thus, all phenomena are equally existent and equally non-existent, Equally apparent, equally empty, equally true, equally false. Abandon all antidotes, effort, attachment, and clinging, And rest serenely in the great equality of objectlessness! Rest serenely in the great awareness of mindlessness! Rest serenely in the great purity and equality without fault! From the treasury of the Dharmadhatu, the chapter that reveals the purity of conditioned appearances as equal to space, the tenth.
