And also, the Dharmakāya abides in the Rūpakāya, that is, the Tathāgata Bhagavān who has attained the three bodies. It says in that very text: "Here, the first is the Dharmakāya, the latter is the Rūpakāya. Just as the Rūpakāya abides in the sky, the latter abides in the former." And in the Ornament of the Sūtras, it says: "It should be known that the body of the Buddha is condensed by the three bodies, namely, the Svābhāvikakāya (自性身), the Saṃbhogakāya (圓滿受用身), and the Nirmāṇakāya (化身). With the three bodies, this meaning of Svābhāva (自性) is shown to be with a basis." Thus, the basis body has been explained. Among them, regarding the explanation of the wisdom that relies on it, there are three: the common classification, the individual nature, and the way of knowing the knowable. The first is the basis for classifying only the wisdom of the Buddha. The nature of the classification is the knowledge of reality as it is (如所有性智) and the knowledge of reality in its extent (盡所有性智). The first is, in essence, the direct knowledge of all knowable things such as essence, cause, and effect, free from the extremes of elaboration. As it says in the Intermediate Mother: "Knowing one dharma is called knowing all dharmas, that is, the aspect of the peace of dharmatā." In some texts, it is referred to as the wisdom of the Dharmadhātu. The second has three aspects: the classification of nature, the cause. The first is, in essence, the direct knowledge of all knowable things such as essence, cause, and effect, as if they were illusions. As it says in that very text: "Whatever aspects, whatever signs, and whatever marks are used to explain the dharmas, the Tathāgata will truly understand those aspects, those signs, and those marks." The second, the wisdom of knowing the extent of reality, has four: the mirror-like wisdom, the wisdom of equality, the wisdom of discernment, and the wisdom of accomplishing activities. The causes of these are two: the cause of eliminating the antidote and the cause of the nature to be eliminated. The first is that, on the path of learning, hearing and retaining many categories of dharma, meditating on the equality of self and others, teaching the dharma to be tamed in accordance with their capacity, and acting as a helper in accomplishing the benefit of others, the four wisdoms purify the stains of the ground that are inherent in oneself and become the cause of accomplishment. As it says in the Ornament of the Sūtras: "Because of holding, and because of equality of mind, and because of truly teaching the excellent dharma, and because of the very nature of accomplishing activities, wisdom"

It is said that the four arise correctly. Secondly, it is the transformation of the basis, which is named from the aspect of appearance by the power of removing the obscurations on the wisdom that one has. When the eight consciousness aggregates of the impure time, together with the basis of the ālaya, are reversed, they appear as wisdom. When the ālaya is purified, it is the dharmadhātu wisdom. When the consciousness of the ālaya is purified, it is the mirror-like wisdom. When the mind is purified, it is the equality wisdom. When the afflicted mind is purified, it is the discriminating wisdom. When the five sense consciousnesses are purified, it is the accomplishing activity wisdom. In the Sutra Entering the Three Bodies, it says: The ālaya dissolving into the dharmadhātu is the dharmadhātu wisdom. The consciousness of the ālaya dissolving into the dharmadhātu is the mirror-like wisdom. The consciousness of the mind dissolving into the dharmadhātu is the equality wisdom. The afflicted mind dissolving into the dharmadhātu is the discriminating wisdom. The five sense consciousnesses dissolving into the dharmadhātu is the accomplishing activity wisdom. The desire for transformation of the basis is also named that way for the pure aspect of those afflictions together with their basis. If they are not pure, then the qualities established by them will not appear. In terms of self-characterization, it is impossible for the afflictions themselves to transform into wisdom, because they are extremely contradictory to wisdom and because they are said to be abandoned, so they must be purified. If it is considered to be self-nature, it contradicts the statement that it is spontaneously accomplished and unconditioned in the realm, because it requires the activity of newly transforming the basis. If it is accepted, it will become impermanent because it is conditioned. If it is accepted, liberation will change, and it will fall into the faults of the truth of suffering, etc. Furthermore, it is also contradicted by scriptures such as "Until samsara is empty, may I remain constantly for the benefit of beings." Therefore, it should not even be heard, let alone clinging to it as true and accepting it. Secondly, regarding the individual characteristics, there are four. The mirror-like wisdom has five qualities: because there is no complete cutting off of the imprints of self-grasping, it is continuous; because there is no knowing that it exists in that place but not knowing that it exists in another place, the object is not cut off; because there is no impermanence and change, there are no three times of conventional truth, therefore the inconceivable wisdom always exists, so time is not cut off; and all phenomena
