The lord of the initial world is Brahma, the lord of the intermediate two thousand worlds by the ninth is Great Brahma, and the lord of the great three thousandfold world by the tenth is able to take birth as the son of the gods, the Great Powerful One. As it says in the Avatamsaka Sutra: "Those who abide here become masters of the three realms." That is to say, they have the power to take birth as kings of those worlds, but not all who take birth are such. Moreover, not all kings abide in those bodhisattva grounds, because some are ordinary beings who have accumulated great merit, while others appear as emanations of the Tathagata, thus benefiting sentient beings. Furthermore, from the first ground onwards, they have obtained control over life, and although there is no natural birth, old age, sickness, and death, they show these changes for the benefit of sentient beings. As it says in the Compendium Sutra: "Although there is no old age, sickness, and death, they show the passing away." And as it says in the Uttaratantra: "The noble ones have completely abandoned death, sickness, and the suffering of old age. They are born by the power of karma and afflictions. Because that is not there in them, that is not. Because they see it exactly as it is, they have transcended birth and so on, yet with the nature of compassion, they show birth, death, old age, and sickness." Fifth, regarding the path of no more learning, there are basis and nature. Of the two bases, according to the common bodily basis, it is thought that one becomes enlightened from the royal caste or Brahmin caste of Jambudvipa. According to the uncommon basis, it is the basis for becoming enlightened in Akanishta, and from there, when emanations appear in the abodes of various beings, it is thought to be the basis that appears as a Buddha. The basis of mind is the fourth dhyana. Regarding nature, there are three: cause, result, and essence. The cause is the completion of the two accumulations on the four paths of learning. The result is placing all beings in the three enlightenments through perfectly complete activity. The essence has four: characteristic, entity, division, and special quality. The first is that having the three bodies and wisdom is the characteristic. That which can be designated as the name of the Mahayana path of no more learning is the entity. The virtue of the complete abandonment and realization of the Mahayana is the division. The second is the ten non-learning dharmas of the Buddha ground, the five uncontaminated aggregates, and the six perfections.

If distinguished, there are three types: the support body, the wisdom that relies on it, and the activity of benefiting beings. The first is the three kayas: Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya. The Dharmakaya is the nature of the indivisibility of space and wisdom, the wisdom that is free from all defilements, the ultimate realization, like the sky. As it is said in "Lord Buddha": "The Dharmakaya is like the sky, the Rupakaya possesses beauty." Also, as it is said in "Letter Drop of Ambrosia": "Just as water is poured into water, just as oil follows oil, the knowable is free from elaboration, and is inseparable from it, that is the nature of all Buddhas, called Dharmakaya." Thus it is. If this is divided, there are two types: From the aspect of the nature of the pure and equal emptiness of all kayas, it is called the Svabhavikakaya (Essence Body); from the aspect of the nature of wisdom, the ultimate realization of abandonment and realization, that is, the twenty-one categories, it is considered the realization of the wisdom Dharmakaya, because it is the wisdom of the Buddha, and it is the ultimate manifestation of space and wisdom. First, the Svabhavikakaya is as it is said in the Ornament of Realization: "The Svabhavikakaya of the Victorious One, what are the undefiled dharmas, having obtained all aspects, pure is their nature." Thus it is. The realization of the wisdom Dharmakaya is immeasurable, it is the aspect of the manifestation of the wisdom of the realm, that is, the thirty-seven dharmas of enlightenment, etc. As it is said in that same text: "The immeasurable aspects of enlightenment and, liberation and gradual, the nature of the nine samadhis and, the nature of the ten extinguishments and, the sources of domination are, divided into eight kinds and, without afflictions and wish-wisdom and, the superknowledges, individual correct knowledge, all aspects of the four purities and, the ten powers and the ten strengths and, the four pure fearlessnesses and, the three without protection and, the three mindfulnesses and, the nature of non-forgetfulness and, the complete destruction of habitual tendencies and, great compassion for beings and, the eighteen unshared dharmas of the Buddha alone, what is explained and, the omniscient nature and, is said to be the Dharmakaya." Thus it is. That is, in the state of the Svabhavikakaya, the realm like the sky, the realization of wisdom is like the sun, and the temporary obscurations appear like the clearing of clouds.
