It is like the absence of an outside. These manifestations and dharmas appear to flourish and decline in the eyes of beings, but in reality, there is no arising or ceasing, just like reflections or dreams. One who understands these principles is called the supreme being. In a clear blue lake, the reflections of stars are clear and beautiful. Although they appear, there is no arising, ceasing, or turbidity. Similarly, the mandala of the moon, which pervades everything, is eternally pervasive, unmoving, and beautiful in the Akaniṣṭha heaven. Within the pure water of sentient beings' minds, adorned with images of aspirations, virtues, perfections, merits, and habitual patterns, differentiated by the power of beings' karma. The king's dharma, through the power of the Sugata's blessings, arises from the great assembly of the noble Sangha. The doctrine is wish-fulfilling, pervading all of space, and the clouds of compassion remain for a long time. This is the concluding verse. From the Treasury of Precious Tenets, which clarifies the meaning of all vehicles, the second chapter explaining the principles of the sacred doctrine. Then, explaining the distinctions of the ocean-like tenets of oneself and others, there are two parts: establishing the general relationship of the vehicles and explaining the specifics of each. First, aiming at their respective fruits, the ways of establishing philosophical systems are immeasurable. Since the intellectual speculations of individuals are endless, and the categories of names, words, letters, and mental inferences are inexhaustible, different desires are established. The Laṅkāvatāra Sūtra says: 'As long as the mind is engaged, there is no end to the vehicles.' How is that? The same text says: 'The vehicle of gods and the vehicle of Brahmā, likewise the vehicle of Śrāvakas and the vehicle of Pratyekabuddhas, and the vehicle called Mahāyāna, I have taught all the vehicles.' Therefore, the vehicle of gods is the ten virtues, and the vehicle of Brahmā is the four dhyānas. Generally, it is called the vehicle of gods and humans. The vehicle of Śrāvakas is the four truths, the vehicle of Pratyekabuddhas is the twelve links of dependent origination, and the Mahāyāna is the thirty-seven dharmas included in the two selflessnesses, and so on. Similarly, in the Guhyagarbha Tantra, it says: 'Due to discipline, there are the vehicles of gods and humans, the vehicle of Śrāvakas, the vehicle of Pratyekabuddhas, the vehicle of Bodhisattvas, and the unsurpassed vehicle.'

That which is called "Yana," that is, the same as being explained as five with the Secret Mantra. Among them, it is said that the definitive origin of the four Yanas, one Yana abides in the fruit. Thus it is said. That is also everything arises and gathers from the two Yanas of unsurpassed Bodhi, and ultimately it is established as one Yana for the sake of the meaning to be sought. As it is said in the intermediate Mother Tantra: "Good son, the Yana is only one, that is, the unsurpassed Buddha Yana." And in the commentary on the Ornament of Clear Realization, it says: "Establishing the three Yanas is intentional, not intrinsic." Therefore, all beings have the ultimate destination of unsurpassed, perfectly complete Bodhi. Thus it is said. It is said to be divided into two, the Great Vehicle and the Small Vehicle, as it is said in the Jewel Heap Sutra: "Good son, there are two Yanas, the Small Vehicle and the Great Vehicle." Thus it is said. It is also said to be three, as it is said in the Essence of the Mother Sutra: "Good son, the Hearer Vehicle, the Solitary Buddha Vehicle, and the Bodhisattva Vehicle." Thus it is said. The three Yanas of cause are said to be four with the Secret Mantra Vehicle, as it is said in the Manjushri Root Tantra: "From the definitive origin of the three Yanas, one Yana abides in the fruit." Thus it is said. Similarly, it is said up to infinity. The tenets accomplished by the infinite Yanas are also infinite, because each one is accomplishing the rules of their own Yana. That is, either the outer and inner two, or the small, medium, and large three, or it is said to be nine by classification, as it is said in the Secret Essence Tantra: "Non-realization and inverted realization, partial realization, true non-realization, discipline, intention, and secret, the meanings of self and other secrets, etc." Therefore, non-realization remains as it is, it is the Yana of gods and humans. That is also the fruit of enjoying greatness without being associated with the Samadhi of the ten virtues, that is, abiding in the status of the desire gods and humans. In the Supreme Secret Tantra, it says: "Practicing the ten virtues and abandoning non-virtue, is the cause of being born as desire gods and humans." Thus it is said. If the ten virtues are combined with the four meditations and practiced, then the ground of meditation is accomplished by whatever mind is attained, and the projection there is done by the power of the ten virtues. Again, as it says in the same Tantra: "Projected by the ten virtues, the four kinds of meditation families, with the four places of the form realm of meditation, accomplish abiding." Thus it is said. The four formless realms projected by the ten virtues, form
