Thus it is good! At the peak of the virtuous, Also endowed with the adornment of virtue, It abides within the veins. Thus it is said. To slightly differentiate the meaning of these: It is believed that the three channels reside in the center of the body, which is at the junction of the vertebrae. On the right is the white Roma channel, on the left is the red Kyangma channel, and in the center is the bluish-green Uma channel. In the center of that is the great channel of immutable supreme luminosity, called the Kati golden channel, which abides. Among those, on the right is the white essence, and on the left is the red. In the center, wind flows, becoming a state of non-conceptuality. Actually, from the three channels, the three winds of male, female, and neuter naturally flow. However, the Roma and Kyangma channels partially flow with the non-conceptual neuter wind, so it is said that wind flows from the center. There, when essence and wind enter, the three experiences of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, and the three luminosities arise. And when the essence gathers in the light channel, the inconceivable luminosity dawns. This point is a great secret, a place difficult to understand. In the center of that Uma channel, within the light channel, abides the spontaneously accomplished light bindu of the base. The four chakras: In the crown chakra, the chakra of great bliss, there are thirty-two petals. In the throat chakra, the enjoyment chakra, there are sixteen petals. In the heart chakra, the dharma chakra, there are eight petals. In the navel chakra, the emanation chakra, there are sixty-four petals. Among those, what branches from the Roma channel all flows to the white essence. What branches from the Kyangma channel all flows to red and blood. What branches from the Uma channel all flows with wind. What branches from the light channel, in the center of the four chakras, in the subtle light channel, there abide light bindus and rays. The subtle branches are seventy-two thousand. As the Hevajra Tantra says: Seventy-two thousand, The types of channels are thus explained. Thus it is said. Because luminosity abides, there are four particularly great channels. The great Kati golden channel is in the center of the Uma channel, And from that, connected to the center of the heart, it abides filled with the primordial bindu of Samantabhadra. Like a white silk thread, it is named from the part extending upwards from the light channel to the Brahma aperture. It is the bindu that enters the path of the unborn nature of reality, The body of non-conceptual awareness arises, it is the path of training the transference of consciousness onto a support, which is above the nine apertures.

Emaho! The subtle and coiled one is the support of luminosity in the center of the four chakras, the bindu of Samantabhadra's apex, abiding in five lights, rays, and subtle bindus. The one with a crystal tube connects from the heart to the eye, and is the support for the appearance of countless visions of the vajra chain bindu, adorned with Samantabhadra's ornaments. It also relies on the essence of the heart, the luminous channel relies on luminosity, and it appears as if rays are radiating in all the subtle channels. Therefore, it is called pervading the Sugata-garbha. That awareness, its essence is emptiness, its nature abides in five lights, and compassion pervades rays. Although it abides as the great source of body and wisdom, the pure aspect of the essence Dharmakaya emptiness wisdom is obscured by the alaya and the eight aggregates. Its nature is clear in five lights, but it is obscured by the gross mass of flesh and blood. The support for compassion rays and the arising of awareness is obscured by karma and habitual tendencies. Although it abides in a nature that is extremely difficult to see, it is not non-existent, but pervades all sentient beings, existing with their respective bodies as support. In the Two Examinations Tantra, it is said: "Great wisdom abides in the body." Also, in the Doha, it is said: "Wisdom exists in the body, but it is not realized." Also, in the Uttaratantra, it is said: "The complete Buddha body radiates, and thus the suchness is inseparable. Because of awareness, all sentient beings constantly possess the Buddha-garbha." Thus, that awareness, the Sugata-garbha, is called a sentient being because it is entangled in the net of the ordinary body. It is called a sentient being because it is entangled in the net of the eight aggregates of mind. It is called an obscured one because it is entangled by karma and habitual tendencies. It is called a dark one because it is obscured by the nature of ignorance. Such names are spoken when abiding in samsara. Those hidden in the lower secret mantras are revealed and taught here. Therefore, the primordial realm, the self-born wisdom, the Sugata-garbha, that one now pervades and abides in the body. Fourth, the way to practice the nature of reality: First, although that basic awareness exists within oneself, it will not be liberated unless it is grasped by the instructions of a qualified lama. Therefore, it must be grasped. Also, the four empowerments that ripen are the basis of the path. In the Sound Transformation Tantra, it is said: With elaboration and without elaboration, and extremely
